Rural house of 50m2., Located in a subtropical trees landscape, fenced, totally private, garden, pool with colored lights, roofed barbecue, terrace with good orentación to the sun, shaded parking and all private. Air conditioning, heating, wiffi, tv satèlite. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. 4km from the beach and 1km from the round of the highway. 10min from C. C. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two beds of 90cm, full bathroom (with hydromassage column), kitchen and living room. All in perfect condition and guaranteed cleaning. Quiet zone.


50m2 cottage, located in a spot surrounded by tropical trees, enclosed, with garden, swimming pool with color lights, barbecue, sun oriented terrace, parking and totally private. In the house there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed and the other one with two small beds (90cm each). Moreover, there is a bathroom with hydroshower, a living room and a kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and TV. It is only 4 km away from the beach and 1 km from the highway, through which you can get to the shopping center in 10 minutes by car.

A perfect condition and cleanliness is guaranteed. Quiet area


Das 50m2 große Landhaus ist von subtropischen Bäumen umrundet und besitzt einen Garten, Pool mit Lichtern, Grill, eine zur Sonne ausgerichtete Terrasse, einen Parkplatz und ist völlig privat. Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und das Andere mit zwei kleinen Betten (90 cm), ein Bad mit Hydromassagebadewanne, Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine. It is 4km entfernt vom Strand und nur 1km von der Autobahn, durch welche man in nur 10 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum gelangt. Ein sehr guter Zustand und Sauberkeit ist sichergestellt. Ruhige Gegend.

Great property and lovely owners

This was a great property, very clean and was of high quality. If there were any issues the owner's responded immediately and with a smile. I had difficulty getting into the pool as the top step was very low and I have a bad hip but this problem was being addressed as we departed. We will be back again, it was a beautiful place, we could pick oranges and lemons every day and loved the cute way the pool and garden had been arranged.

Owner's Response: David and Mirian have been excellent guests, they have all taken care of it with pampering and have left it in perfect condition. We have done everything possible because your vacation was unforgettable. The pity was that he did not comment anything on the step of the pool, since his hip was wrong, we had bought it but we had not had time to put it. I would like them to come back and enjoy the pool.

Nous venons de passer 5 jours dans cette maison située à Cajiz.

Elle est très bien située, proche de Malaga et de la mer. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien.Les propriétaires sont adorables et très discrets.

En bref séjour extraordinaire, je recommande chaudement cette adresse.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, het huis is super schoon en de ligging voor de zon is ook prima met een geheel ommuurde tuin. Alles is aanwezig , inventaris ligstoelen barbecue WI FI alles compleet, geweldig. 1 klein minpuntje waren de honden van de achterburen, veel geblaf en gejank, meestal in de avond en nacht.

Nog bedank aan Adelaida en Rafael voor de service.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hochwertig und es war eine gute Grundaustattung vorhanden. Der Pool und der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Cajiz mit Blick auf die Berge in der Umgebung und ist komplett eingezäumt und nicht einsehbar. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist gut und das Meer erreicht man auch schnell.

Un pequeño paraïso

3 veces hemos tenido unas vacaciones en la casa de Cajiz. Una casa muy limpia, bien equipada, tranquila. Rafael es muy amable. Esperamos volver cada año.

3 Année ou nous passons d excellente vacances dans la maison de Cajiz. Une mais on propre, bien équipée, calme avec une superbe piscine. Proches de la plage, magasin facile d accés. Rafael et Adélaïde super sympa.
