A unique one bedroom self contained flat in a beautiful Georgian townhouse, suitable for single, couple, professional use, newly refurbished by an interior designer.

Non-smoker preferred, cats only. All mod cons including entry phone, fitted kitchen with integrated oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, breakfast bar. Both dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with corner tub & shower stall. Two fitted mirrored wardrobes. Fully furnished, with wooden floors, shared front and rear 60x40 foot serviced gardens and patio, cat flap to rear garden, free on-street resident's parking & secure cycle parking for two bikes.

Rate is inclusive of all bills & weekly clean. Two sets of Linen and Towels provided per week. Additional cleaning and concierge services upon request. Welcome Pack and Free Gift for all overseas visitors.

10 minutes walk to Olympic Park and Westfield Mall. Stratford/ Maryland stations 10 mins. from City. Jubilee, Central & Docklands Light Railway.

Beautiful mature private garden for al fresco dining, cable TV, music system. Wifi access and travel information including cab bookings and airport transfers.

Need help? As much, or as little as desired. We reside on the 1st floor so on hand to assist or advise as required. Very knowledgeable on London and all it has to offer and can be contacted in person or via mobile telephone.

Proximity to all the old world charm of the Eastend of the city, but within easy access to the City, the financial district, the chic new towns of the Docklands, as well as the river, West End and Central London. From the Cutty Sark, a leisurely cruise up the Thames to Westminster Bridge on a bright sunny day is one of London's best kept secrets. The flat is an oasis of calm, tucked away between two gardens. An ideal space to unwound, on the back patio with a glass of something, after a long day enjoying all that London has to offer!

Handy for the Olympic Park

Extremely helpful and accommodating owner. Well equipped and clean. Easily within walking distance of Stratford Westfield and transport links. Next time we need to be in London we will certainly be checking the availability of this rental.

Très bon séjour à Londres.

Appartement très agréable pour 3 personnes.

Transport bus et métro à 1minute de l'appartement.

Quartier sympathique et calme.

Et surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Dustin, toujours présent pour nous renseigner sur tous les sujets.

Vraiment un hébergement à recommander. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

No Way to Paint A Complete Picture

Generally I am never at a lose for words in regards to an opinion or review or critique, its what I have been trained to do as an artist. In this particular case, I find that my ability to accurately critique and/or provide a review of this property is totally lacking, as there are not enough kind words in the English language to describe the host or his property. I will however make a go at it.

Dustin, is one of the best host I have encountered since I started using this service. He is warm and generous with his availability and the information you will need to make your stay a stay to remember. He provided me with more than enough details that I was not only able to navigate from one side of London to the other successfully, I was also able to check into the apartment without the slightest hitch or delay. He made himself available when needed, and when not needed, his presence was scarce, although he lives directly above the apartment. Upon checking out he imbibed his cultural roots and present us with parting gifts, well wishes and salutations.

All I will say about the apartment is this, it was perfect for my son and I to spend 8 days together without feeling as if we were restricted to one room all the time. The apartment while not big, does not feel small, the rooms are well appointed, and the layout and design elements have been well chosen and placed. The gardens at the rear of the house are perfect for the location and I only wish the weather had been better. The location of the apartment, while not in central London, presented no difficulties in getting around town. We were able to walk daily from the apartment to the Stratford Underground station within 10-15 minutes and get to where we were going.

The combination of the host and his lovely apartment allowed me to simply enjoy my time with my son and our time in London.

Nice flat, great host

Overall, a great home base for exploring the London area. The flat itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a nice kitchen, clothes washer, comfortable bed and decent wifi (always important). We cooked in the flat so the short walk to grocery stores was helpful. The restaurants in immediate neighborhood were closer to fast food, but a there was a nice place within a 10-15 minute walk. Getting into central London was easy with a Travelcard - a short bus ride to the Stratford station and then take the Tube wherever we needed to go. What pushes this review to 5 stars was our host, Dustin. At every turn he was helpful and responsive - at one point purchasing a coffee grinder when we mistakenly purchase whole beans instead of ground. He definitely helped make the trip a fantastic experience for my wife and I.

Car: not necessary

Ten minutes walk from London's newest and largest park, the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park and Europe's largest shopping mall, the Westfield, with a huge range of shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre, casino and leisure facilities.

RULES

Due to previous problems we have had with weekend bookings, please be reminded of our rules:

1. No parties, events or gatherings are permitted.

2. No additional guests to those stated on the booking, without prior agreement with the landlord.

3. No overnight guests.

4. No loud music or activities that would disturb the landlord on the 1st Floor or either neighbours.

5. The property is monitored by CCTV cameras and any breach of the above will render the booking void, automatically cancelled and the police will be called.
