Welcome to our home! We bought our dream property a few years ago and love living here. It is the perfect mix of nature and city life. I love that I can sit on the patio and bird watch but still walk to the grocery store or starbucks. We are a homeschooling family of 6 who love to travel. My kids are a bit shy but my husband and my self love meeting knew people. So with an amazing unique house and property, a love for meeting knew people and a love of traveling, made the perfect recipe for us to rent out our house while we go on vacation. Here are the common questions I get asked: "Is it weird having strangers in your house?" ~No, actually. Not for us. I love being able to share my home so that others can enjoy it the way we do. I like to say "Everyone is a stranger until you meet them" :) "Is it a lot of work keeping your house clean?" Yes, yes it is. But it's worth it to us. It's also teaching my kids how to care about others and teaches them a good work ethic. We do, sometimes have to hire a cleaner when we are not available. The advantage of us living in the house is that we notice things that need to be cleaned that could easily get over looked if you never stayed at the house you are renting out. "How long will you do this for?" ~For as long as it's working out for my family. "Do you hate having to leave your house?" ~Nope, we love traveling! Thank you to all of our guests who have booked our house. We are having great traveling experiences because of you. "I wouldn't want people saying something bad about my home on a review." ~Yep, that part is hard. Mainly because I care so much about giving people a good experience. But you can't please everyone! (I've only had one bad review and it took me awhile to shake it off) Some other advantages of this also being our home is that guests will find everything that they need for cooking and bbqing. There are comfortable beds, outside sitting areas, toys, because we do life here too :)

Great place to stay
This was a wonderful house to stay at and for us personally it was a perfect location for a couple of events our family had planned in Fresno. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. Our main regret was not having enough time to enjoy the back yard. My brother brought his 7 year old grandson who loved the downstairs with the castle, drum set and other items for children. Asia was very responsive to my messages. We also appreciated all the notes throughout the house about how things worked and what was located in the kitchen cabinets. We were very happy we selected this home.
We went to Fresno to watch our Minnesota Gophers play Fresno State. We stayed in this wonderful property in Clovis. It had everything to make our stay great. Lots of room, large kitchen with all the necessities. Comfortable beds. Our favorite part was the outdoor area. Wonderful landscaping and patio with everything for grilling and lots of seating outside. Close to nice restaurants and breweries. All in all a great property.
great location in the Clovis neighborhoods
We rented the home with 2 other families while attending a swim meet. The house was more than big enough and having a kitchen for food prep was key. The house is equipped with google devices which the kids enjoyed using. Our only complaint is the air conditioning - after spending the day at a hot swim meet, we wanted to come home to a nice cool house, but the air is set in the 80's, the house was warm. There are a lot of fans to help out though. Overall the owner is very invested in your stay and responds quickly.
I'm so sorry about the air conditioning. It has an "away" feature for when you leave the house. You can always over ride it by turning the nob. I'll have to make that more clear in the house info.
I'm glad the kids enjoyed the Google homes and that you enjoyed your stay :)
A Truly Lovely Home!
This is a great place to stay, especially if you're looking to take day trips to Yosemite and/or Sequoia. The owner, Asia, was a really wonderful communicator, and her home was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. The backyard is the star of this house—what an amazing space! It's like a spacious garden getaway and even has a cute little duck who lives to the side of the house. I could've easily chilled-out here all day long. Everything in the house is equipped with Google Home voice activation, but if you're not familiar or don't want to use it, you can still flip on lights et al the old-fashioned way. The only thing requiring a bit of tech savvy is the front door, which locks and unlocks through an app on your mobile phone. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it ended up being really simple to use. I highly recommend this house if you're looking for a safe, cozy spot in the area.
Wonderful place to stay
This was a beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood. The owners were easy to talk to and very helpful. The house is a google house and at time that was a little hard to know how to control the tv, lights, and the thermostat. The outside was a little piece of heaven!!
It was wonderful chatting with you and your family when you arrived. If you hadn't arrived early we would have never meet! You reminding me of why I love offering my house for other people to enjoy. You are such nice people :) I'm so glad you enjoyed our property.
Beautiful Property - Complicated Access
This is a wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the rugs were all filthy, and nothing about accessing the property was convenient for the guest: door is one app; the gate another; the directions on Google, yet a third place to go. One-stop-shopping is so much better. Our last VRBO Property was not complicated at all, yet still secure.
