This lovely property has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room. In the living room there is space for an extra bed. If this is utilised, up to 5 people can stay comfortably. There is a WC on both floors; one with a bath the other with a shower.

At the front of the house is a patio plus an added large space for BBQ or off-street parking for small cars. Please note that there are 6 steps to reach the front door.

There are all round security grills to ensure a safe and stress-free holiday.

The master bedroom has a balcony for private sunbathing or morning breakfast with views of the nature reserve and hills.

Fully fitted kitchen.

Residential pool situated in superbly maintained tropical garden.

PLEASE NOTE there is 60€ to pay on arrival for the cleaning and services.

Nearest town: In Santa Pola there are many surfing shops and water sports activities. You can also go paragliding if you feel brave enough!

Alicante is the 4th largest city in Spain so you will find many things to do and see. The marina and old quarters are ideal for an evening stroll and late night meal. A special sight is the mountain in the heart of the city with a castle on top. Well worth a visit.

A car is not essential but does allow freedom to travel and explore at one's leisure.

PLEASE NOTE there is 60€ to pay on arrival for the cleaning and services

Nature: For those of you who love nature, then Gran Alacant has the ideal combination of beaches, hills, flora and fauna and town aspects that will surely provide plenty of pleasure.

The bird sanctuary has specially made watching posts and fenced off areas designed to encourage wildlife and promote a healthy living environment.

Walking: There are numerous hills not far from the house for the intrepid rambler and simple but elegant paths through parks heading toward the beach.

nice house in nice area owned by nice lady

We used Maria's house as a house hunting base initially for 1 week but ended up staying for 4.

The house was in a good location for us but unless you enjoy walking or have the use of a vehicle it could be considered a bit far from everything. Gran Alacant as a town is itself really just an urbanization of Santa Pola so has limited facilities and things to do for a holiday but as mentioned, we were using the house as a base and was perfect for our purpose.

As a couple, the furnishings supplied at the house were more than ample and the only negatives we could really mention were the lack of sufficient heating for the colder nights, there being no air con for the summer though this wasnt an issue for us at the time of year we were there and the property barely gets any sun until the last throws of daylight and then only in the master bedroom and on the balcony anyway. The Television was minute, in fact, my netbook has a screen of the same size and we had to pay an extra 25euros per month for the internet whereas other cheaper properties we have rented have included unlimited internet as standard.

There is ample parking in the immediate vicinity of the property.

On the whole, the house suited our needs very well, Maria was a pleasure to deal with and we were happy with the price we paid and would recommend it to others.

The house was perfect!

The house was in perfect condition, it was clean, had everything that has been listed and even more. I was delighted with the house and the location of it. There are small shops, bars, restaurants and cafe shops near by. Its also very close to a shopping market and few other bigger shops. Its very close to a beach, the way to the beach is very simple.There is also a swimming pool just around the corner of the house. The pool was also great, clean and theres a seperate pool for kids which is handy. Over all the house is perfect for vacasion and I would reccomend to all!!

Belle maison bien située avec piscine commune agréable un entourage très calme équipements parfaits idéale pour 4 personnes . Maria a été très réactive à nos demandes , accueil et contacts irréprochable. Le lieu nous invite à la visite des alentours , plages très agréables et criques favorables a la plongée .

Lovely villa with great communal pool

We stayed here for 5 nights in October - just at the end of the season . The villa was clean, well equipped and just around the corner from a lovely communal pool - a little cold to go into off season but lovely for sunbathing. The beach was a 20 min walk away, but worth the effort. The bars/shop within walking distance were a little limited, but fine for a short stay. We were surprised how far from Alicante centre we were (about 30 mins by bus), but the buses were reliable and came on time. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone wanting a good value place to stay in the sun.

This brand new Property is located in the lovely area of Gran Alacant which is 10 minutes south of Alicante town and a few minutes walk away from the local beaches, restaurants and shops.

The area adjacent to the urbanisation is a protected natural area that includes areas for birdwatching and walking.The towns of Santa Pola and Los Arenales are close by for that added incentive to go exploring.

The airport is only a 10 minute drive away.

There are miles and miles of unspoilt blue flag beaches ideal for friends and family groups keen to soak up the sun and swim.

For those of you who want to visit Benidorm and Torrevieja for nights out (if Alicante isn't enough!), then they are only 30 minutes away by car.

A car is not necessary but very useful for shopping and visiting places.
