About the property

Pink Granite Coast.

Situated at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, this modern house of 150m2 is located in the town center: 2 minutes walk from the hydrangeas market, 5 minutes walk from the shops and 10 minutes walk from the beach of Trestignel (7 min. Car or 20mn on foot from that of Trestraou).

Spacious and bright, this house is ideal for 6 to 8 people.

On the ground floor, large living room of 52 m2 with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer), with central island for 6 people. An extensible console table makes it possible to seat 8/10 people when unfolded. In the living room, there are 2 sofas (2 and 3 places), 110 cm LED TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and TNT Orange, WiFi and high-speed Internet access.

Always in the RdC, big parental suite equipped with a bed 180x200, with dressing of 3,5m2 and SdB annexing including wash-hand basin, TOILET, tub balnéo and shower with the Italian.

Another room with a 140x190 bed is also located on the ground floor.

In the cellar, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, an "umbrella" to extend the linen.

Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms of 14 m2 with beds width 140, 1 bathroom with bath / shower, washbasin and WC, play area of ​​13 m2 on the landing.

Please note that the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility (width of doors, traffic spaces, no threshold at the doors).

Outside, a large L-shaped terrace of 85 m2 facing south and south-west will welcome you with a garden furniture, deckchairs and a large table of 8 places with umbrella for lunch outside.

The whole is located on a ground sported by 1000 m2.

The car park at the entrance of the property can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.

Notes:
In order to facilitate the refurbishment between two rentals, tenants are asked to remove the sheets, to take off the quilt and leave the sheets at the edge of the beds. In case of non respect of this instruction we will have to retain an amount of 20 euros on the deposit. In the same way, the tenants are asked to vacuum before their departure in order to facilitate the cleaning. In case of non respect of this instruction we will regret to retain an amount of 40 euros on the deposit. Geräumige, komfortable Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Sehr schöne, zweckmässig eingerichtete Unterkunft. Für zwei Familien à 4 Personen geeignet. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Min. von Strand und Dorfzentrum entfernt, absolut ruhige Lage abseits der Strasse. Sandstrand bei Ebbe sehr gross und sauber, nicht übervölkert. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Keine Meersicht.
