A "casa" for rent sublimate your holiday! Located in a small building completely secure (night watchman, remote controlled gates), the house, plus a generous living space, air-conditioned (hot / cold) spread over 3 levels, has an exceptional and breathtaking sea views , Gibraltar and Morocco for an extraordinary solarium of 50m2. This space is equipped with an outdoor lounge in which to enjoy a drink or relax. The brightness at the beginning and end of the day is exceptional! Another terrace, more intimate and shaded, communicating with the stay, you will take your meals or converse in seating area. For those who prefer evenings inside a room equipped with home cinema and big screen, particularly popular with teenagers, is available in the basement! This space is also equipped with a weight bench and a treadmill.

Accomodation, the house has 4 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed in the cinema, to receive a total of 10 people. A bathroom equipped with shower and tub follows the master bedroom which also has a terrace seen leaving the sea. Two other shower rooms are available, and a laundry room. Parking outside the house is available.

The surfaces are generous with a stay of more than 40 m2, a cinema almost 30 m2 and terraces totaling more than 75 m2!

The condominium has only 45 houses, located in 2 largely flowered walkways and tree which guarantees you peace; but also three splendid swimming pools exclusively reserved for residents of the condominium, protecting you from any risk of affluence. The main pool even has a waterfall and enjoy a wonderful panorama on the open sea.

A beautiful uncrowded beach located at the foot of the hill, has a very spacious car park and two beach restaurants offering tasty food and particularly economical. Just only 3 minutes by car to get there.

The house enjoys a very convenient location, less than an hour's drive from Malaga airport, near Sotogrande (6 kms), city lake, a paradise for celebrities and peoples to be missed; not far from Gibraltar (25 kms) and Morocco (crossing from Gibraltar to Tangier 2h30). For those who prefer attendance typical Spanish ports, all dressed in white, the port of La Duquesa, 7 kms, will be happy to offer them its many terraces and great beach.

All shops are easily accessible by a short drive but if you want joyriding "shopping" we recommend Estepona (30 km) and of course Marbella (60 kms).

Golf enthusiasts will all find their happiness (Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf!), Among the 70 courses the Côte (including 7 within 10 kms)! Similarly horse lovers can attend polo matches on the field of Sotogrande.

Like any resort on the coast, all water sports are also available. And for food lovers, the many restaurants serve food as Spanish that came from around the world, accompanied by Spanish wines deserving discovery, all at very competitive rates even in the beach restaurant.
