Beautiful townhome!

Our newly renovated townhome is on the National Trust's Historical Walking Tour of old Caymanian homes on the sea side of Boggy Sand Road, West Bay, just off the main West Bay Road. There are 2 townhomes (see also property # 159303) nestled in ancient seagrape trees at the northern end of world famous Seven Mile Beach in a quiet residential area away from the bustle of the main resort areas. Just off shore are the most popular dive sites on the western end of Grand Cayman, including Cayman's newest dive attraction, the USS Kittiwake. There are also shallower reefs for snorkeling with popular Cemetery Reef just a few hundred yards away. For landlubbers, the beach or the deck under the shade of the seagrape trees provide the ideal setting to enjoy a good book and a beverage. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed at this comfortable seaside apartment.

Sea Esta offers modern amenities, comfort and convenience. The living room has a modern decor and seats 6 comfortably. Sliding glass doors offer an unobstructed view to the sea and invite you outdoors to the deck. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need to make your favorite meal with seating for 6. There is a half bath and full laundry facilities also on the main floor.

A spiral staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private spacious full bathroom.

The deck provides for outdoor dining and lounging under the warm Caribbean sun!

Our townhouses are just off the northern end of the West Bay Road, take 2 left turns after the 4 way stop in the heart of West Bay.
