Nestled on the top of a small private estate of 15 villas, in a very peaceful and quiet environment, it offers a lovely swimming pool and a large south-facing terrace with pergola, as well as a lovely landscaped garden. On the west side of the house, you will appreciate the shade of the trees allowing you to have some natural shades in the middle of day.

Daytime: Equipped with high-end furnitures, this new villa is perfectly designed to make you feel at home. The living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen open onto the terrace to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. Outside, a dining table and chairs are at your disposal for your lunches/dinners with family or friends, sun beds to enjoy a relaxing time around the pool. Guest toilet. There is a small room used as a laundry room. Parking for 2 cars.

Night time: At the ground floor level, there is the master bedroom with its bathroom (walk-in shower with bathroom unit). Upstairs two further bedrooms one double and one with 2 single beds, both have their en-suite shower rooms. Toilets.

Barbecue. Secured free parking.
