This beautiful contemporary villa of 250m2 welcomes you for your holiday with family or friends. Secured by an automatic gate, the villa offers a landscaped garden of more than 3000m2 entirely enclosed and not overlooked. The outside space also includes a large terrace facing south equipped with a bioclimatic pergolas, a lounge area, a pool house with bar and barbecue. Everything is planned so that you can make the most of the Mediterranean climate from sunrise to sunset!

You can reach the centre of the village of Maillane and its stalls in just 10 minutes on foot or you can shop in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence a 5-minute drive (Intermarché, restaurants and shops).

Daytime: The interior of the villa is resolutely contemporary with a splendid living area of more than 100m2 offering a high-end kitchen with its central island, a lounge area with a home cinema, a dining room and a reading corner, all bathed in light coming from the huge bay windows opening onto the terrace. There is a mezzanine, which offers additional living space. Please note that the stairs to the mezzanine are not suitable for small children. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room.

Night time: The villa has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two large bedrooms with double beds and a large bedroom with two single beds or can be made into a double bed also). All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and share a large bathroom with bath and walk in shower and a toilet.

Garden space: The villa offers you a real outdoor living. Palm trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean species make up the garden. The swimming pool (11m x 4 m) is equipped with an integrated cover and has an electrolysis salt filtration system. A large wooden deck surrounds the pool, which is perfect for sun bathing.

Parking for 2/3 cars.

Perfect villa, great location

It is very easy for me to recommend this villa.

Catherine Bernard looks after the property and was absolutely fantastic. Met us at the property at 11.30 PM to show us the basics and then came back with croissants and coffee for the full briefing the following morning. Catherine was always on hand to help with everything from adjusting the AC to providing advice on places to visit. The villa is very modern with every appliance you could wish for. The pool is large and the sun bathing terrace is extensive. It is well located on the edge of Maillane and an easy (electric) bike ride to St Remy (20mins). Avignon is also close about 20 mins by car. A great 2 week break.
