About this property

Unique and delicately furnished property, situated on the countryside by the sea in Stockholm's southern archipelago. The property is surrounded by the Fållnäs Estate enabling access to the park and nature. The stay will offer great possibilities to go fishing (just outside the house, rowing boats included in the price), tracking, discover private beaches, cycling, art galleries, wildlife, windsurfing and kite surfing at "Torö Stenstrand" and much more.

The house is spread out over three floors including a large open kitchen / living area with an open fire, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna.

You will also enjoy a fully outdoor furnished area with a Weber barbecue. When renting the property you will also gain access to a large private boathouse + sundeck 200m from the property. Rowing boats are also available for free at the boat house

There is one baby cot and baby chair available

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hauses war super. Wir konnten uns gut entspannen, fischen, im Wasser baden und die Natur trotz der vielen Mücken geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit Frederik war reibungslos. Bei Fragen, Anliegen konnten wir ihn telefonisch erreichen.

Stilvolles Ferienhaus

Ruhig gelegen am Meeresarm neben einem alten Herrenhaus. Jagdliches Dekor und es sind auch Entenjäger unterwegs. Vermieter haben wir nie zusehen bekommen aber es funktioniert alles.
