We enjoyed 10 day stay from June 21, 2016 until July 1 2016. The apartment was furnished as described, We had difficulty using the clothes dryer but we were able to hang dry and worked out ok. Possible the dryer function was our error but we couldn't make it work. The location was clean as well. Nice area of tow. on the street below the apartment which is mostly a walking street, Rogent has 2 - 24 hour supermarkets, 3 bread stores and a meat market. just up the street we found other stores to buy other items needed. A/c worked well, dishwasher and such all worked fine. Management company was responsive to requests prior to booking. we didn't try to reach them during our stay but that was because nothing was wrong so we didn't need them. deposit returned promptly and I am very happy with the overall experience and apartment condition.

Buona la casa, peccato l'agenzia che la gestisce

L'appartamento é carino, in una zona di Barcellona gradevole, anche se non proprio centrale, con strade pedonali con tutti i negozi che possono servire.

Purtroppo l'agenzia che la dovrebbe gestire non si é dimostrata all'altezza: a distanza di due mesi dal check-out, devo ancora riavere indietro i soldi della cauzione, che all'arrivo mi sono stati addebitati due volte per un pos che funzionava male.

Nonostante decine di email e il coinvolgimento di HomeAway ancora non hanno dato corso al rimborso!

Inoltre, la prenotazione era stata fatta per 5 persone, ma lenzuola ed asciugamani erano per quattro, e quelli mancanti non ci sono stati consegnati nonostante le promesse.

Per concludere: l'appartamento meriterebbe in fondo anche 5 stelle, ma a causa della pessima gestione della Oxis lo sconsiglio, così come le altre abitazioni gestite da questa agenzia. Valutate bene, perché il costo finale potrebbe essere ben piú alto di quanto dovrebbe, se il deposito non viene restituito.
