Beautiful duplex penthouse with stunning sea views !! Located just across the street from the beach, complex with large pool and beautiful garden. Excellent location! Just a short walk to nice plase Puerto Marina !! This condo will make Malaga trip made even better! Perfect location (for the beach) and an amazing place! ! I Great property, with the top floor as a master suite, with ITS own private balcony! There's Also a separate balcony by the living room and the other bedroom. The balconies have a great view of the beach. Speaking of beach, this house has all the things you need to go to the beach! Towels, mats, chairs, even toys for the kids and body boards! The kitchen is fully equipped .It's a gated apartment so parking is secure. Free wifi! The pool Have a life guard on duty. It's near many restaurants, bars top, various beaches, and stores. Good location and great value! Wifi and Cable TV included !!
