Situated in a rural and tranquil location but only 2 minutes drive to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Almancil, golden sandy beaches, famous golf courses and all amenities. Villa Club and Tennis is only a 2 minute walk away.

Ground floor: Bright and spacious lounge/dining room with wood burning fire place, cosy sofas, satellite TV, hi-fi and dining area with table to seat 6-8. Two sets of double doors give access to salt water swimming pool and large terraced area (partly covered) with patio furniture and built in BBQ area ideal for dining 'al-fresco'. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave etc. Separate laundry area with washing machine & tumble dryer, door to outside side terrace.
