About this property

In the heart of Punta Gorda Isles, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This vacation home has a spacious living room and kitchen which offer an open floor plan and water views. There is also a formal living and dining area. Living room, dining room and master have sliding doors that open to the gorgeous lanai. The heated saltwater pool was completely renovated fall of 2018. Pool cage. All new kitchen appliances. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have brand new box springs and mattresses. The third bedroom is currently used as a bonus room/office. Washer/Dryer included. The circular area in the pool is NOT a hot tub it is just a sitting area. No boat lift use or access.

Outdoor Paradise

The Lanai and Pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. You could easily stay out there all day. This house is very well equipped for guests. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have seen in 20 years of renting!

Fabulous girl’s trip!

Perfect home and location for a mom’s trip away! We absolutely loved the charm of this home and all of the amenities! The pool and view were beyond perfect! The cleaning crew’s schedule got messed up and the home was not ready when we got there, but Chelsea was phenomenal and made sure to call them STAT and they took care of it immediately! We appreciated the prompt response so much! We hope to be back next Summer! Best quick trip ever!

Loved our Punta Gorda stay!!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple, it is very close to Fisherman's Village and downtown. Chelsea was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house is very spacious and the pool was great. We also go to meet one of the neighbors who was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
