Equipements cuisine vetustes, pas de congel, store cassé (pas de volet),porte d'accès terrasse bloquée, pas de chaise longue, pas de parasol... Residence calme.

Super localisation mais besoin d'un coup de frais

Appart situé à 2 pas de la plage, avec vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse et le centre-ville à 1 km à pied avec tous les commerces.. Très agréable mais aurait néanmoins besoin d'un petit coup de frais. Le quartier est calme mais l'appart pas très bien insonorisé donc on entend beaucoup les voisins. Clefs à récupérer à l'agence Vivre Ici, très bon contact et petit cadeau de bienvenu.
