Very luminous apartment,11Om2, renovated by a decorator with quality materials and desigh furniture, air-conditioned, 3rd and last floor of a small secured residence with swimming pool.
Double living room to a balcony of 17 m2 and a 70 m2 landscaped terrace, with large space for dining (plancha ) ,2 sofas and garden furniture. Independent kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, 2 WC, 1 laundry area (with washing machine and dryer). Internet and fiber TV. Large underground car park.

Amazing property, great location

We had an amazing holiday; the apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The highlight is the extensive terrace, but the whole apartment can’t be faulted. Good sized rooms with decent storage. Also very much enjoyed the pool. Everything was managed perfectly and both arrival and departure were very smooth. We would certainly recommend this apartment and we hope to stay again in the future.

Superbe appartement terrasse

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Antibes dans un appartement superbe spacieux, lumineux, bien aménagé et très bien décoré design. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié et profité de la magnifique et grande terrasse très agréable. L’appartement se situe dans une résidence sécurisée. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de la gare (10-15mn à pieds) qui permet de se rendre dans les différentes villes alentours rapidement. A souligner un accueil parfait par les propriétaires qui sont très disponibles. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation.

super schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Vermieter sehr zuverlässig und immer erreichbar Einweisung sehr charmant trotz fehlender Englisch Kenntnisse, alles top Bei Ankunft waren sogar ein paar Lebensmittel und Getränke vorbereitet, super Service! Die Wohnung ist original wie die Bilder, nichts ist geschönt, keine versteckten Mängel Die Anlage in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist ruhig und sehr sauber! "Um die Ecke" (ca. 50m) befindet sich ein Supermarkt der alles notwendige bereit hält. Weiterhin ist daneben ein toller Bäcker, der sogar Sonntags ab 06.30 Uhr geöffnet hat Der Strand ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, 25 Minuten bis in die sehr schöne Altstadt von Antibes mit tollen Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Cote d`Azur zu bereisen. Allerdings ist selbst in der Nebensaison der Verkehr absolut kritisch. Aber man kann von Antibes für kleines Geld mit dem Zug in jede Stadt (6,-€ für 2 Personen nach Cannes) fahren. Fazit: die Wohnung und die Vermieter sind absolut empfehlenswert, jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Schitterend penthouse op unieke locatie met prachtig uitzicht.

Penthouse is super ingericht met hoogwaardig meubilair zowel binnen als buiten. Geheel voorzien van Airco in alle kamers. Een zeer groot terras en kleiner terras met beiden uitzicht op zee. Sanitair en toiletten waren keurig. Wij hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad, waarin we goed zijn geïnformeerd door de eigenaren . Teus Kant
