Excellent Property!

We loved this property! It was perfect for the two of us and our small dogs! The front patio was amazing - with the yard and the breeze coming From the water! It was also great having access to a very nice pool right on the property! And the convenience of a washer and dryer made it such and enjoyable stay! It was situated perfectly for a super short walk to the beach or fishing off the pier or grabbing a bite to eat! And the host was amazing and available if we needed her!

Prepare to be nickel and dimed

My wife and I rented this home for a month while we were selling & buying a home and thought staying in PAG would be fun. While the location is excellent and our stay was good, to our surprise we received multiple charges after the fact. If the owners needed a new outside patio rug, I suggest investing the dollars themselves instead of accusing the renters of anything beyond normal use. The patio furniture that needed “pressure washing” was a dirt speck smaller than a penny. This is very disappointing to receive numerous charges when the home was far from perfect upon checking in—including ants all over the place—that we handled on our own and did not raise any concern to VRBO.

Great location property needs tlc

The location and outdoor living space was the best part. The indoor living space needed an update specifically the bed had only a mattress no box springs, couch was worn out, supplies were leftovers, time for new bathroom towels. Holes need to be patched in the walls. Ice maker did not work in the refrigerator. Limited cleaning supplies small broom and swiffer that had no cleaning sheets. Only interaction with the owner was when the tv broke and it took two days to get a small replacement and two weeks to get larger one that did not fit the space. All in all we enjoyed our vacation but a little repair and updates would enhance the value of the property for future guests

Fabulous!

This is our 2nd stay! We love this place. Cozy with such great outdoor living, views of the bay, moments from walking to the beach restaurants and grocery market. Our two littl Yorkie enjoy the fenced in front yard too!
