Live like a Seattleite in this privately owned two bedroom, one bath urban condominium in the heart of downtown Seattle. Walkscore rates our location a “walker’s paradise” with a 96 out of 100 walkability score. Our location, next to the Washington State Convention Center, 8 blocks from the Pike Place Market and near all major medical facilities (ie. Virginia Mason, Swedish Hospital, Polyclinic, Harborview Medical Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) is ideal whether you are staying in Seattle for business, vacation or medical treatment. This amazing two bedroom condo has a king bed in one bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The twin beds can be put together to form a king upon request. We have portacribs available for an extra fee if needed. All of our condos have blue ray DVDs so bring your Netflix or Amazon Prime account number to watch your favorite programs. Wireless internet is included in the price. Full laundry facilities are available in the building. Portable air conditioners are provided in the condo May through September. Parking available for an added fee or at no charge for extended stays based upon availability. The Pike/Pine Corridor, recently call ”Sesame Street for Grownups” by Seattle Met magazine, has become one of Seattle’s most popular and trendy downtown neighborhoods. It is an eclectic mix of businesses, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, theaters and pubs. From the Elektra head west on Pike and you will be in the middle of all that downtown has to offer. Or stroll east up Pike to discover true Seattle neighborhood culture. Check out the kitschy shops and pick up a great read at the Elliott Bay bookstore before lunching at Boom Noodle or other favorite neighborhood restaurant. About Becki Snellenberg

Becki Snellenberg, Owner and Manager since 1998. I am proud to have consistently held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Traveling internationally for 16 years as a management consultant with Microsoft I learned how challenging business travel can be. My best experiences were when I stayed in vacation rentals rather than hotels. I was glad to give up hotel services to stay in a homelike environment with a full kitchen and experience living like a local, particularly when my family traveled with me. After adopting two more children I decided it was time to give up the traveling life and stay closer to home. Starting up this business was just a natural for me. We currently own a few properties and professionally manage properties for several other owners and the same building. Because we have a great reputation in the Seattle vacation rental industry and want to keep it, we are very selective about the properties we take on and ensure that our owners keep their properties up to the highest possible standards. I look forward to helping you make your stay in Seattle a memorable one.

Fabulous location in the heart of downtown. We bought here because we were impressed by the style of a 1940's building which was updated to condos in the 1990's. The updates were tastefully done while retaining much of the charm of the era. The Elektra Homeowners' CC&R's specifically allow for rentals of 3 days or more making this a great place to buy for owners who wanted to keep a second home in the city, or who find that they need to travel extensively in their profession and have their units empty much of the time. These are the owners we represent. Our owners invest a lot of personal care into maintaining their units because they want to feel as if they are welcoming guests into their own home - which is exactly what they are doing. We have so enjoyed hosting people from all over the country and the world coming to Seattle for temporary work, for relocation, to attend conventions, for medical treatment, to visit family or just to experience this fabulous city and all that it has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Walking distance to theater, restaurants, shopping, Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Museums, nightlife. Tucked into a quiet side street next to the Convention Center, we escape much of the ordinary noise and street traffic you would find in a downtown area, yet are steps from all the life, vibrancy and activity that downtown has to offer. The trendy Pike Pine neighborhood is one of the most up and coming neighborhoods in Seattle. Our guests also enjoy the convenience of nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shops of any small neighborhood. For those coming to town to access some of the finest medical facilities in the country, we are also very close. We are two blocks from Virginia Mason and easy walking distance to Swedish and Harborview hospitals.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, quiet and with a nice view. Very walkable to the tourist attractions we were looking to visit. Becki was very accommodating when we had to reschedule due to a death in the family. My family very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in our suite in Seattle. Place was very clean and cozy. Location was perfect, lots of restaurants within walking distance and grocery store and shopping. We called when we landed and were met at the suite. I would recommend to anyone visiting Seattle.

This was the perfect size for 2 couples! Clean and well set up in the kitchen. We could walk to most places we wanted to see, or take the metro. Definitely recommend!

Cleaning Fee £99.91

We have a strict 3 night minimum, no smoking and no pets policy for all reservations. Parking, portacribs. late night check-in and cleaning services during your stay are available for an extra fee. Please ask in advance for these additional items. Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There is a $50 fee for check-ins earlier than noon (when available) or later than 10pm. We cannot hold luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. There is a $75 replacement fee for any non-returned keys, fobs or parking remotes.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
