Spacious 1 BR / 1 BA condo with amazing view, tropical pool and great breezes

Sea Dreams, a spacious 1 BR / 1 BA beachfront condo, is located on the top floor of the Harbour Beach Village Condominium complex. Our small, private gated community is right on the beach about a mile south of the charming town of Frederiksted and offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear calm water, and the best sunsets on island. Sea Dreams feels very spacious with cathedral ceilings in the living room and bedroom and a large screened in gallery where you will spend most of your time. The bathroom is quite large and has a tub/shower combo and double sinks. Ceiling fans are in every room, with two in the gallery. The bedroom is air-conditioned but with the many windows and consistent easterly breezes it is seldom needed. For those who like to cook, Sea Dreams has a fully equipped kitchen (disclaimer the brand new oven has a glitch so two burners have been put in place along with air fryer and outside bbq available.)(windows are being replaced in the entire condo complex, so you may hear construction during the day until they are finished) Kitchen with a UV water purification system for clean fresh water straight from the tap. When chilling around the condo there is Cable TV, WI-FI, and a stereo system, with comfortable seating throughout the living room and gallery.

Harbour Beach Village Condominiums has a large freshwater beachfront pool with plenty of lounge chairs. If you like to grill, there is a covered outdoor pavilion overlooking the sea with a gas BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, and a porch swing for your enjoyment. There are sand chairs adjacent to the pavilion for use on the beach and if you decide to explore other beaches, Sea Dreams has umbrellas and pool noodles for you to take with you. We have recently added two new bicycles to our list of amenities so if you want a little leisurely exercise, or just don't feel like driving, you can easily bike to Frederiksted and the beaches north of town.

If you are seeking a quiet and secure, well-equipped, home away from home, on a beautiful tropical sandy beach with fabulous views and calm seas, then Sea Dreams is your destination! Serenity at Sea Dreams

We recently had a lovely time at Sea Dreams. The condo was well appointed, clean, and accurately advertised. It was so peaceful watching the sunset each evening with the waves crashing below. In the mornings we could see sea turtles popping their heads up. We loved how close we were to downtown Frederiksted to snorkel the pier and eat out at so many great restaurants. We will not hesitate renting this property again when we return to the island.

Relax, Rest, Restore! Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Gorgeous views - can’t take enough pictures! Enjoy snorkeling, swimming and relaxing on the beach. Well appointed condo with every kitchen accessory possible, upgraded appliances , comfortable king size bed, lovely bathroom. Peaceful location in a quiet community. Great communication with the host. Easy check in and out. Already booked again for the future!

Sea Dreams Come True

Our only regret was not staying here sooner. The security fence in the photos always put us off. BIG mistake. Everything about this condo and the complex is so great for everything that appeals to us. The entire complex is clean and very well cared for. The current condo itself is well equipped and well supplied. Everything worked and was built for the harsh environment of Caribbean waterfront property…I appreciate that. We wish conditions for snorkeling in front of the condo had been better but we had enough good days to appreciate the fantastic topography, re-emerging coral, and fish. Otherwise, Dorsch Beach and Fredricksted pier a short distance away was calmer and great as always. We loved being this close to Fredricksted but also far enough away. We will definitely be back to Sea Dreams.

St Croix Paradise

The view says it all! We loved our stay here in paradise. The condo itself was beautiful and better than described. Beautifully decorated and furnished and modern appliances, it is very comfortable with fans in every room. With the nice breezes, we did not even need the air conditioning unit that is located in the bedroom. Ocean sounds will put you to sleep at night and you will awaken to the most wonderful view! Loved the vaulted ceilings which made it seem even bigger than advertised. Some of the best snorkeling that we found on the island is located right in front of the unit. Also, the small condo complex has a wonderful pool located oceanfront for your enjoyment and relaxation.

We have a passion for travel and making memories with our family. My husband is originally from Poland and has lived in Greece, California, and Utah. I was born and raised in Utah. We have four grown children that we are very proud of and love spending time with. Our most treasured memories have been made in St Croix. St croix is the first island our children went to and they fell in love as we did when we first met. It was love at first site. Ever since we have been working hard to build a dream that we would one day own a place in St Croix. This dream finally happened 2019! We are excited to help others have fun traveling and hope to help others build many amazing memories for years to come. We hope that they will find serenity and peace or whatever they are looking for as St Croix as a place for everyone. We currently reside in Utah and hope to retire on the island one day.

Why they chose this property

The first time we went to St Croix, we stayed next door to this condo. We immediately wanted to buy something on THIS beach! It stole our hearts at first glance! We travel everywhere and have been to many beaches from Mexico, Santorini, Poland Beaches, Greek Islands, California, Florida, Cabo, Riviera, Tropea Italy, Oregon, Washington, and more. Nothing has ever captured our heart and soul like the west end beach on St Croix. We have waited years to find a property on the same beach that would suit our needs and make our dreams come true. We finally made it happen! We hope you fall in love with this beach as much as we did.

What makes this property unique

This condo is beach front and a quick walk right out into the beautiful turquoise waters of St Croix. It is a walk or bike ride to restaurants and the pier. The Island is small so you can go almost anywhere in less than an hour. Ride horses on the beach, explore the rainforest, tide pools, scuba dive, snorkel, explore Buck Island, golf, fish, watch famous beer drinking pigs, shop, and much much more or just sit and relax and listen to the waves. Enjoy an island that is still undiscovered. It feels like you are taken back 30 years in time. There isnt enough space to talk about how amazing this location is. We could stay at the condo for months and never leave because we are that in LOVE with it and its location!
