Kitchen equipment (ovens, hob, extractor, sink, fridge, countertops, coffee makers, ...) must be cleaned. No dishes in the sink. Dishwasher with only clean dishes, ready to be stored. Are available: vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, sponges rags, household products, shovel and brush. In the case of uncleaned equipment, a deduction may be deducted from the deposit. January 2018

Spectacular apartment, great hospitality, easy parking

This apartment is by far the nicest HomeAway unit I've encountered. The place is wonderfully furnished and feels like a true home rather than a rental. The appliances, the furniture, the dishware, etc are all top notch. You can easily feel at home here. The WiFi/WLAN is full power, not the weak, bare-minimum signal that most rentals provide. Our host Dominique was so helpful in providing maps, non-touristy restaurant recommendations and tips on excursions in the area. He truly put a lot of thought into his approach to hospitality. The reserved garage parking is just around the corner from the apartment and easily accommodated our larger rental car (a Ford CMax, for reference). The apartment is centrally located and all the top Annecy sights are just a short walk away. There's a convenient market just around the corner and the train station is also nearby. I cannot think of a way to improve on the experience we had with this stay. Can't wait to come back!

Pour être allé aux USA, je sais que les américains sont très attentif à l'accueil qu'ils recoivent. J'essaie de faire de même. De toute façon, j'aime passer un peu de temps à présenter Annecy et la région, c'est sans doute ce qui fait la différence " and feels like a true home " Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau.

The Pictures tell the story...

This is a great place to stay, it is close to everything Annecy has to offer. From the moment we walked in we were impressed by how light, bright and spotlessly clean it is. Comfortably furnished with a very well equipped kitchen we didn’t want for anything. The large balcony is an added bonus, a great place to sit and enjoy evening drinks.

Dominique, the owner, provides tourist brochures and books of the area and maps.....aaah the map! Complete with little red dots denoting the better restaurants, food and wine shops and supermarkets. Don’t leave home without it!

The lift is efficient and the lock up garage an added bonus.

Dominique is knowledgeable and passionate about his town, he was very helpful from booking through to our departure. We highly recommend his apartment.

Thanks for a great stay Dominique, we very much enjoyed your apartment and meeting you. We hope to return one day.

Modern, clean, well appointed apartment in Annecy center

Perfect place to stay in Annecy. Good neighborhood walking distance from sites and train station. Bright, comfortable. Dominique is a good communicator and was very helpful in all arrangements. Highly recommend.

Short walk into old town. Garage very good as parking difficult. Beautifully fitted out apartment with all we required. Dominique helpful and welcoming with advice on where to eat/shop etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's apartment - the apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and very nicely decorated. The location is great! 5-10 mins walk from just about everything you need in Annecy. we also used the private garage Dominique provides 100m from the apartment to park our car.

Dominique hospitality was exceptional, when we arrived he showed us some highlight places on the maps (which he provides for his guests) and he provided all the equipment we need for our baby boy (high chair, baby bed, baby bath and etc).

We had a lovely stay! we recommend it for 100%.
