Très agréable et bien placé

Appartement très agréable, lumineux avec bonne disposition des pièces. Bon secteur et bien placé. Ravi de notre séjour en famille.

Bonne location très bien placée

Commençons par les points forts de cette location qui à eux seuls justifient de la recommander: Très bien placée à 2 pas de la plage dans une des quartiers les plus agréables, centre ville La Baule et Le Pouliguen accessibles à pied par la belle esplanade Benoît. Très calme. Belle terrasse abritée vue sur mer. Appartement lumineux, propre, sols refaits dans pièces principales. Très bon accueil de Madame Seguin. Quelques bémols faciles à améliorer: Cuisine à rafraichir, espace chambre 2 lits dans séjour à mieux équiper: lits confort insuffisant pour adultes, pas de table de nuit, pas de lampe de chevet, on a du improviser éclairage en achetant rallonge et Multiprise. Douche chaude à partir de 7h du matin, douche froide à 6heures. Décodeur TNT ne fonctionnait pas mais le propriétaire a réagi rapidement en nous faisant livrer un neuf. Tous ces inconvénients sont faciles à améliorer et rendraient le séjour encore plus agréable.
