Charming village of Pedreguer: The narrow streets around the village of Pedreguer are a perfect for strolling around and meeting the locals. A weekly market is held in the main square by the old church and there are numerous little shops and tapas bars around every corner.
Something for everyone, there are lots other attractions in the vicinity there including Benidorms Terra Mitica - Europe's newest theme park, Aqualandia Waterpark and Mundomar Exotic Sealife Park within 30 mins drive. There is also a Safari Park 20 mins drive from the villa. The terrain of the Montgo and Jalon valleys provide the perfect environment for mountain biking and walking. 10 minutes drive inland from the villa will take you into the superb scenery of the mountain ranges and 1hr to the fortress village of Guadalest & its15th Century castle.
Denia: Lying beneath the heights of the Montgo natural park, historic, elegant Denia is a far less brash holiday resort than some of its neighbours. Inhabited by the Phoenicians and the Greeks, Denia was named in the honour of thr Roman goddess Diana. English raisin-dealers lived here throughout the 19th century. The towns broad streets and solid buildings date from this time. Denia's main street - the Calle Marques de Campo is a broad tree-lined avenue and is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll around the many shops or sit at one of the cafe's and what the world go by over a cool drink & some tapas or an ice-cream for the children. Denia's famous 15th century castle houses a small archaeological museum. The picturesque old quarter near the fishing port is great to stroll around. From the port you can catch ferries running daily to the Balearic Islands. Or if the beach is more your thing then choose between Les Rotes (clear water off rocks) or La Marineta (safe clean sandy beaches)
Love Spain :)
Karen Jandu purchased this villa in 2004
Denia & surrounding is such an amazing place to explore and has so much to see & do - we are still finding new things to do every time we visit
Villa is really well maintained, regularly deep cleaned, decorated and everything kept fresh and up to date & has added bonus of free Wifi to share those holiday photos :)
We enjoyed our stay - warm sunny and got quite fond of your villa! We enjoyed a happy time at your villa - thank you so much!
We had a fantastic 2-week holiday at the end of August, thoroughly enjoying our stay at Casa de Tres Hermanas. The internal accommodation suited us ideally but, needless to say, we spent most of the time outside either sun-lounging, swimming or eating & drinking under the superb 'naya'. If anything the photos on the website did not do the property justice and we were delighted with the location, amenities and general condition of the property. The atmosphere on the Urbanizacion was very tranquil and the villa has superb views of the surrounding countryside and down towards the sea.
The owner was most helpful right from the beginning of our enquiry even answering queries while we were actually in residence. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other potential guests and will certainly consider it for our next Costa Blanca holiday.
Villa just as described, well equiped and has a great pool. Ideal for a chill out and relaxing holiday but well placed to explore the region. Plenty of things to see and do round about. Would happily recommend to family and friends. ( We were a family of 4 including 2 teenage daughters)
We arrived late at night and and finding the right rd and villa was extremely hard - may be directions should be clearer including the name of the road.
Nice and private and quite place to spend time in. The pool was a joy and the whole place was well looked after and maintained to high standard
A large saucepan would b useful!!
Excellent Villa. Well equipped and looked after. Spacious inside and out
Close to Javia and Denia. In a quiet location away from Tourists and traffic
We have just returned from yet another wonderful stay at Casa de Tres Hermanas.
This is the 2nd time in as many years that we have stayed at this villa and we are already planning to return again next year.
As a small family with two young girls (2 & 8m) the villa is perfect for us. We felt safe and secure all the time and the villa is kitted out with everything you need for young children.
The pool area is perfect and not really over looked, and the terrace is plenty big enough for family dining.
Despite having some bad weather on this visit, we still had a fabulous holiday. The wonderful shopping centre at Ondarra is only 5 minutes away, and Javea and Denia are just a tad further. The beaches at Javea are perfect with inflatables, play areas in the sand and pedelos.
Karen, as always, has been wonderfully helpful and easy to contact both before and during the stay should we need anything.
We love this little home from home and highly recommend it.
Mr & Mrs Clare.
We stayed at the villa for our honeymoon and found it perfect in every way. It is a lovely place to spend time in the sunshine and has lovely views down towards Denia.
The villa is very homely and has everything that you would ever need and more. We loved the terrace and sat out there all the time. The weather was lovely even for us at the end of September / beginning of October with the temperature into the high 20's most days. We did have a storm for a few days which was to be expected so late in the season but there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas so it caused us no problems.
Everything was immaculate in the villa and the pictures, although they make the villa look lovely, really do not show off how great this place is and do not do it full justice. We made use of the BBQ on the terrace a few times and also used the fully equipped kitchen when staying in.
All the rooms were nicely decorated and we felt at home instantly. The air conditioning was also very handy for some of the evenings where it was quite humid.
We really loved Javea which has a lovely laid back feel to it and is only a short drive away. We found some really nice restaurants and bars to spend time at and the beach was lovely there. We enjoyed some really nice meals in Acqua and Lungo Mare in Javea.
Karen and Suki provide so much information about the villa and surrounding area that you are spoilt for choice for what to do while you are there :)
We will with out a doubt want to go back in the future and would recommend holidaying in Karen and Suki's villa to anyone.

It hosts has a myriad of restaurants to cater for all tastes. it has also recently had major investment into an extension of the Marina area allowoing larger yachts to dock and has many more restaurants and bars to enjoy alongside the marina. Shopping in Denia has high street essentials to top of the range clothes shops and beautiful gift shops.
