We love great views. And this apartment is on the 23rd floor, so it’s certainly got a good one. Step inside and you’ll see what we mean. Your eyes are instantly drawn to the big windows across the modern, open-plan space. Head over and check it all out. Beautiful Paris before your very eyes! And the metro is nearby, so it’s easy to see up close too.
What happens when Asian exoticism collides with French style? East meets West in Paris’ Chinatown (Europe’s largest!) and the village-like La Butte aux Cailles is magical. Thirteen is indeed a lucky number. Chinatown has a host of Asian architecture and is the place for eastern cuisine and knick-knacks. Close by, La Butte aux Cailles bursts with charm and a close-knit, Notting Hill-ish vibe. The 13th is also home to the awesome National Library and offers some lazy walking by the Seine.
Very nice view from living room (the 23 floor). Nice area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in the middle of China Town. Good public transportation nearby (subway, tram and busses).
Good and warm welcome with owner who speaks French, German and English.
Excellent position. Lift access from metro station line 14- all lifts fit our double pram. Great space for kids, non-touristy area. Lovely secondhand markets outside the building on a Saturday.Lots of good quality Asian restaurants close by. Lovely playground and parklands an easy walk away. Well stocked kitchen and everything we needed in the apartment. Check in and checkout time could be more flexible.
Very spacious apartment with good view and very quite. I have a good sleep. If we can have the email of the manager after we booked, we can make contact with her to make the arrangement of check-in at a convinient time for both of us. Just having the telephone number might not be too convinient.
Open plan living & the panoramic view ! Shouldn't rate this too highly, as it might get too popular. No: all excellent, & a friendly, kind host.
The owner was very helpful in organising underground parking prior to my stay.
