About the property

5 Bedroom Villa / 11 people. Near the beach.

Superb house, renovated to the taste of the day. Sea view of all rooms (except the cellar ;-)). Magnificent pool, garden, terraces. A 10 minute walk to the beaches and the center, 5 minutes to MERCADONA, airport to 25 minutes by car and the center of Malaga 15 minutes by car (bus stop down the street). All comfort, TV 70 "with Spanish channels, satellite for French channels, NETFLIX and Movistar + for films and series (in FR / EN / ES) in the stay. Very large kitchen with dining area. The house comprises an independent apartment of about 60m2 with its complete bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. This apartment has two double beds, one in the other room in a corner of the living room. Direct access to the garden and swimming pool, separate entrance door but also inner door locked to the rest of the house which includes the other four bedrooms. The master suite has a dressing room and a clean bathroom and a TV. Well-insulated house (hot and cold), air conditioning, heating and fans. . Ideally located for visiting Andalusia, it is located on the east of Malaga, the most typically Spanish and authentic area. Owner Belgian, speaking FR, ES, EN which on request, will recommend typical places and will advise you for your excursions. Upon request and with financial participation, possibility of pick-up at the airport and to take you there.

The Kids are now doing their own lives and the house has becoming to big. I decided to move in a flat in the city center.

Quietly located with outstanding see views, close to the beach, only 15' to Malaga center and easy airport access. Moving in Malaga in 2013 I have been immediately seduced by the property.

Villa is in a great location near the beach and shops and restaurants. We ate out and the food locally is not only fab but great value too.

Fabulous villa with beautiful furnishings and garden in a truly authentic Spanish seaside town

The property was big enough for 2 couples .a 22 year old,26 year old and 14 year old and a 2 year old ! Garden safe and delightful. A 10 minutes walktk a big supermarket and a 15 mjbite walk to shops and bars and restaraunts on the beach. All local Spanish people. Bars and food cheap. 4 euros for a wine and beer and free tapas. Bus journey 30 minutes and 11 euros for all of us into the centre of Malaga. Loads of hot water ,coffee machine pots and pans and a BBQ to die for. Patrick there on arrival and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book. Everyone wants to go there again. Thankyou patrick

Brilliant Easter break!

9 of us had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic villa. We loved the big tranquil garden and the fabulous sea views. The location was perfect, near the supermarket, the bus stop to Malaga and the beach with all the cafes and restaurants. No need for a car. The villa was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Exceptional location

Five minute walk to the supermarket and ten minutes to be sitting at a beach side café. Amazing views. Close to Malaga for sightseeing around the Cathedral, castle, art trail, Pompidou and the view from the Parador. House is very spacious, clean and very well stocked with the essentials and everything that you could need. We stayed for five weeks and the property genuinely felt like a home. Patrick is a very considerate and very supportive host. Importantly, the house is in a very good neighbourhood. Overall, outstandingly good.

Amazing villa

Have just returned from 10 days at this wonderful villa.Everything was perfect from the outset . Very spacious with lots of privacy for a large family or two families . The excellent facilities -tv board games air hockey table and table tennis relaxed seating outside wonderful barbecue led to us having a great time . Patrick was a wonderful host and nothing was a bother to him yet at the same time he did invade our space .The villa was a short distance from the village and therefore easily accessible by foot, albeit quite a climb up hill on the way back . While we hired a car this would not be essential as public transport is available in the village. Over all one of the best villas i Have ever stayed at and I envy any one who has already booked this villa.

Super nice house with the facilities you would expect

We arrived 7 adults and became the recipient of our host Patrick. The house, the pool and the garden were the perfect setting for our holiday and everything seemed as it should. lovely walks to the beach or drive to Malaga are just around the corner. perfect for a super holiday. We Can absolutely recommed Patricks house.
