The beach-front and ocean views are second to none and are visible from every room. This boutique style condo allows for Mexican beach living at its best. The authentic community boasts splendid gardens, two pools, fountains, and ocean sights, and sounds.

The unit is completely redecorated and contains all new furniture, linens, towels and bedding. Remote controlled air-conditioning units and TVs with cable are in every room. Cable TV includes over 20 channels of premium film, sports, youth and news which can be enjoyed on the new 50' wide screen SMART LED TV in family room. You can access Netflix or Hulu. The kitchen is fully stocked and flows to the dining area perfectly. Cozy up in the living area with ocean sounds, and relax in total seclusion. Step out of either master bedroom and living areas to the private terrace with an excellent elevated vantage point to unbeatable ocean views including Palmilla point and Punta Gorda.

This property is just two minutes from the One and Only, Palmilla Hotel, with its World Class 27-hole Jack Nicklaus course and their new shopping area of Las Tiendas and unbeatable gourmet restaurants. Westin Regina is a 5 minute drive.

The Costa Azul energy is contagious, with it's world-class surfing, eateries, and shopping, just a short five-minute walk.

This unit is adjacent to The Bel Air Hotel which has a cafe and bar. Taxi service is near your door. Adjacent to this property you will find a new organic restaurant, a coffee shop and mini market. Walk on the beach to the famous Zipper's restaurant at the surfing beach or try fusion dining and music at Brisas. Across the street is Havana's night club with live jazz nightly.

Take a five-minute drive, bus (intercity bus stop is a two minute walk) or taxi (taxi stand at the complex), to the authentic, quaint, provincial town of San Jose Del Cabo, with its pastel cottages and flowering trees, lining the narrow streets. While maintaining its colonial style, San Jose is becoming sophisticated, with it's collection of cafes and art galleries, mixed in with original authentic shops and unique dining experiences. The beauty of Cabo San Lucas and lands end is a short 15 minute drive away.

Condo on the Beach, San Jose del Cabo

We stayed for a week in September at this beautiful 2 br/2 ba condo, right on the beach. The rooms were comfortable, the ac provided a nice oasis from the intense heat and humidity this time of year, and the large wrap-around deck was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped, but we only bothered with light breakfasts and lunches at "home", and ate out for dinner. The surf is rough, not safe to swim, but the condo complex has two large pools, one adjacent to the G-unit, the other just a few steps beyond. There was an Oxxo store just out at the road for basics such as water, milk, eggs, etc, and a larger grocery (locally known as the "Mega") about a mile toward San Jose del Cabo. There were several bank ATMs in a nearby strip mall, along with a Starbucks and some really good restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the food and service at La Marea (The Tide, or Tides?). There's a bus stop right at the road to get to Cabo San Lucas, about 30 min and about 35 pesos per person, paid as you enter the bus, or about 600-650 pesos by taxi.

We walked into the San Jose del Cabo old town square a few times, about 3 mi/5 km one way, and really enjoyed the French Bakery restaurant there. We were there also for Mexican Independence Day, and enjoyed the festivities and fireworks in the town square.

Henry was very responsive to texts and email, and was very easy to work with. We chose to pay an additional fee to activate the in-condo laundry, and he was able to coordinate that on very short notice (external laundry service is available at I think 70 pesos/load).

We were very happy with the condo facilities and location, and would not hesitate to stay there on a return visit.

This condo is exactly as you see and everything you'd want! Very well equipped with everything you need. Decor is beautiful and the view can't be beat! The huge balcony is priceless. This is a very comfortable place to be! I liked the location as it's the best of both worlds - the peace and serenity of the San Jose end and a 30 minute bus ride to the nightlife of Cabo. We just returned (Aug. 10) and there are pros and cons to coming this time of year. Pros - In addition to great rates, we practically had the entire complex to ourselves! Only shared the pool with 4 other people on two occasions and no one on the beach except for a few passers-by! We literally saw about 15-20 people (except for workers) at the complex the whole time we were there. Loved that! However, the cons - Besides being crazy hot, it is also construction time since there are so few people there. We had some issues with that but tried to avoid it as best we could. However, when my aunt broke her shoulder and couldn't leave the condo, that wasn't an option. I contacted the owner and it was addressed immediately. (He wasn't aware of this ahead of time.) It stopped right away for the day. Very happy with his prompt action and how he took care of us. You won't go wrong renting from them! They were very responsive from beginning to end. I would come back again and highly recommend this condo!

Ideal location to experience the Los Cabos area

The property was as described; spectacular views, terrific access to the beach and the property's two pools, well equipped kitchen, nice bedding and pillows and great working fans and air conditioning. The condo provides everything you will need to have a enjoyable stay. We also liked that there was a water jug dispenser in the unit with water already supplied.

The beach was very nice, clean and there were ample lounge chairs (for exclusive use by condo owners and/or guests) and two palapas, in case you wanted to be on the beach, but out of the sun. The waves were unusually very large (12-15 ft) during our stay, but we found them to be very beautiful. Manta Rays were jumping in close proximity to the beach during most of our stay, which provided additional entertainment while on the beach watching the waves and nearby surfers.

This property is nearer to San Jose, which is the quieter side of Los Cabos. San Lucas is much more festive and filled with tourist focused bars and restaurants. Also, most of the terrific golf courses are close to this property, so the furthest we had to travel to play golf was 30 minutes. Everything most people will need is a 5 to 10 minute car ride away (groceries, restaurants, gas). This property felt as if it were "centrally located".

The personnel hired to manage and secure the condominium complex were very professional and were quite diligent with their responsibilities/tasks. Rules are to be followed and this helps ensure that everyone can have a good time without fear that others who not as considerate will negatively impact one's desire for peace and relaxation. The other owners we met during our stay could not have been nicer and more hospitable. I think they appreciated the fact we respected their space.

There was some construction around the property (annual upkeep of the complex) during our stay, but it was not too big of a hindrance. The only challenge we had was trying to find the complex for the first time upon arrival as the construction by Hwy 1 made it hard to see where to enter. However, this was likely just a one-time situation.

The owners/managers were tremendous with their communication responsiveness whenever we had a question. This created even greater peace of mind during our stay. We would STRONGLY recommend this property by these owners. I do not expect this to be our last time back to the Los Cabos area and we will likely choose this location again, if available.

Well-loved apartment in A+ location.

Pros:

- A+ location. On main corridor in San Jose Del Cabo dotted with good restaurants and grocery stores, yet smack in front of a sandy beach.

- Owner is business-like, yet fair and surprisingly responsive. We were unfortunately bothered by extensive renovation noise from the apartments next door, but after a phone call's notice, the problem was dealt with.

- Condo is well furnished and supplied. It is obvious from the moment you step in that this is someone's well-loved home.

- Apartment complex is generally well run. Convenient parking space, low-key pool area, attentive staff.

Con:

- The beach in front of the apartment is pristine and beautiful, but the undercurrent is deadly. It is simply NOT swimmable. I am a relaxed parent of good swimmers, but did not feel safe letting my teens jump the waves without being right next to them. Note that the same applies to the majority of beaches in the vicinity. We also went to a few beaches that were advertised on guide books as open to swimming, but they also had nasty jellyfish.

PS - I recommend eating at Flora's Field Kitchen above all other activities that San Jose Del Cabo has to offer.

Owner's Response: In regards to ocean swim conditions, the ocean is typically calm from November to April. During the summer months, all of Los Cabos may be impacted by larger surf. There is a safe swim and calm beach year round at Palmilla public beach just 5 minutes away by car. Using swim fins makes swimming much safer in any ocean.

What a wonderful peaceful stay I had here. A beautiful clean home and right on the beach. A close distance to stores and an enjoyable walk. I will for sure stay here again. The property owners were very pleasant and kind and also very helpful.

Perfect vacation spot!

Million dollar view at an affordable price! This condo lacks for nothing! Sunrise to Sunset and everything in between! Our trip included quick and easy trips to restaurants, Mega Store, Downtown San Jose Del Cabo, Beach activities. The condo was clean, hospitable and comfortable. We were a party of two couples - and felt like we had plenty of space in this two bedroom/two bath unit. The view was amazing and the convenience of everything close made us want to come back over and over again.
