Spacious penthouse apartment of over 100 square meters 2 steps from Sotogrande. It is provided with a large solarium, 2 beautiful furnished terraces of 85 square meters. The view of the rock of Gibraltar, Africa as well as the beautiful communal swimming pool. Its perfect south / south-west orientation allows you to have the sun all day long (covered terrace and umbrella for those who prefer a corner of shade). The penthouse has individual air conditioning.

It is made up of

- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed, double, as well as a drawer bed (4 beds). The apartment thus allows 6 beds in total (large built-in cupboards).

- 2 bathrooms (bath and showers), 2 toilets.

- A living room and a dining room (satellite TV with French, Spanish, English channels, free wifi internet).

- A fully equipped kitchen:

The apartment is located in a complex of only 40 apartments, quiet, ideally located on top of a hill 1.5 km from the sea (500 meters as the crow flies). Its position and its view are idyllic! Beautifully maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool (deckchairs, showers and toilets at your disposal) will make your stay more enjoyable. It is located on an uncrowded road leading directly to the beach on foot (just minutes from beautiful coves!). You will be able to find here a feeling of freedom, tranquility and proximity to all amenities (restaurants, bars, shops ... only 2km, 5 minutes from Sotogrande, 5 minutes from the Duquesa port).

A bay of exception in the region as there are few ... Expatriation assured!

Lovely apartment, good location

A well equipped spacious apartment, we were 2 adults and 3 children and still never felt in any way that the place was small.


Good location between la duquesa/estepona and guardiarro/sotogrande

Pool is very large and was really quiet till 5pm most days and even then it was still great.

Outdoor seating on two levels at apartment which was lovely to have for a mix of sun and shade.

Zapinvest were really professional and the one small issue we had was resolved in under 30mins.

Private parking was also useful as it kept the hire car cool.

Beach bars fab, as were the chiringuito’s in the area.


Having to drive a kilometre to turn at a roundabout if heading towards la duquesa/estepona, however that is a really small negative.

All in all a really good experience!!!
