About this property

The second floor is reached by an exterior private staircase and has two bedrooms and bathrooms in suite. All rooms open to a private terrace with vineyard and winery views. Entry has a mini-kitchen and internet access is included. Beds are queen size. Bedrooms are for two persons.
A continental breakfast of Coffee, fresh juice and hot muffins is served. Guests receive a complimentary wine tasting.
A separate apartment is on ground level and has a private patio. The suite includes a living room with fold down couches, a mini-kitchen, the bedroom with a queens size bed and a full bathroom.

The property is a operating ranch, with vineyards and chickens. A large terrace with a Tuscan BBQ is available to guests. A small swimming pool is adjacent to the terrace.

The ranch is at the epicenter of the Valle's finest restaurants and wineries. Five of the top chefs of Mexico have thier restaurants within 5km.

About the host

Hosted by Ben &Bonnie Benoit

Bonnie and Ben Benoit, aka "Bx3" fell in love with the Valle before it became the "Napa" of Mexico. Originally it was a week end "get-a-way" from our wine cellar business in Los Angeles. The Inn was originally for our family and friends but as the wineries and restaurant's grew we became the hosts for visiting chefs. After a few years our accountant told us that we had become a hotel and had to formalize our Inn. So in our now "retirement "..... We have an Inn, vineyards, a winery, tasting room and occasionally a "pop up" restaurant. Did I mention that we are "retired"

Why they chose this property

After 10 years in San Pancho [north of Puerto Vallarta], we decided we needed to be closer to our business, friends and family in the US. Then Bonnie read a LA times travel section article on the "Napa" of Mexico. We visited for a birthday trip in 2006 and fell for the charms and people of the Valle. After 20 plus years of visiting in Mexico [By VRBO] we finally put downs roots in the Baja.
