Studio with sleeping area sleeping 2 to 4 - Just renovated !

Facing South and East, it offers brightness and just an Exceptional and panoramic view on Mont-Blanc range (Mont-Blanc, Aiguille du Midi, La Verte, Le Chardonnet). On 1rst floor by lift in a residence with caretaker and outdoor swimming-pool (in summer : july and august), this 27 sqm apartment sleeps 2 to 4.

It comprises an entrance with large cupboard, toilet, showeroom (shower, washing machine, heated towels rack and hair dryer).

The main room is composed of a dining area, a comfortable double sofa bed (140*190 cm), flat screen Tv (Hdmi plug) and Wifi connection. The new sleeping area with cupboards is closed and has its window (2 single beds 70*190cm can be joined to make a double one).

The picture window offers brightness and opens onto a balcony (table and chairs). Facing South and East it offers just an awesome view on Mont-Blanc range, the garden and swimming pool of the residence.

The fully equiped kitchen is independant : fridge, traditional oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and italian style one, fondue and raclette, kettle, toaster… Wine and Champagne glasses can be used too !

Private garage (lift access to the apartment) and external parking place reserved to the residence. Individual and temperate ski locker.

Ideally located close to the ski lift of les Grands-Montets (10 min walking) and amenities of Argentière village (food and sport shops, restaurants, bars, bus and train, pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser…).

Attractive apartment to discover or to enjoy once again Chamonix valley. This apartment is ideal for your holidays in couple, with your family or friends, in winter (ski, surf, ice skating, ice climbing, snowshoes hiking…) as in summer (hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, via ferrata, mountain bike, rafting, golf…).

Pets are welcome (small size is more adapted).

For smokers, the balcony facing south will help you contemplating those awesome mountains.

At your arrival, the guest card will allow you to take bus and train freely in all the valley (from Servoz to Vallorcine, crossing Les Houches and Chamonix for sure). Night service insured by bus (2€ extra/person).

Rental for a few nights possible on last minute or in low season.

Classic stay from Saturday to Saturday, flexibility in low season.

Linen rental on request for 20€/person (duvet cover and sheet, bath and face towels, tea towel). The bath mat is provided for all stays.

Final cleaning as extra : 50€. Please book it in advance.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter ce site d’exception.

Séjour du 23 juin au 1er juillet 2018.

L’appartement, est parfaitement tenu, bien équipé pour quatre adultes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, Linda nous a donné d’excellentes informations pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour.

La copropriété est calme dotée d’une grande piscine, très agréable dans cette période d’été.

L’appartement qui possède un balcon offrant une superbe vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc, est bien situé dans la vallée, à quelques pas des transports en commun ce qui permet de laisser sa voiture au parking pendant la durée du séjour !!. Par ailleurs, l’emplacement de l’appartement permet de disposer de toutes les commodités du village d’Argentière, commerces, restaurants etc.
