NEW cosy 1 Bed Apartment moments from Waterloo and Southwark

Bedrooms 1
Space 500 sq ft
Property type apartment
Minimum Stay 5 nights

About the property

Fantastic Central Location Close To London's Southbank Area

When making your enquiry please provide as much information as possible like where you are travelling from, proposed arrival time if known, who the guests will be and your purpose of visit etc. Thanks.

Our apartment is a small but perfectly formed new 1 bed apartment in great Zone 1 location with easy access to multiple transport links. For us the location is perfect! Webber Street is only 5 mins walk from Waterloo and Southwark Stations and also close to Blackfriars for direct trains to both Gatwick and Luton Airports. Moments away are direct buses to Kings Cross St Pancras for Eurostar.

Our apartment is only available at certain periods of the year, Christmas, Easter and some of the summer etc. Sorry we do not offer a nightly rate and 5 nights would be the minimum stay. Please note we cannot accommodate very early or very late check-ins. From 2pm-8pm is our usual, please ask for anything outside of these hours. Providing there is no evidence of damage the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of check out.

If you are interested in reserving a stay please get in touch and tell us a little more about your visit and required dates. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Please note we will require a tenancy application to be completed and a rental agreement to be signed. Sorry no smoking or pets are allowed at the property.

The flat itself is a newly built one bed with modern facilities and parquet flooring throughout. The apartment would be most suited to couples or individuals, a maximum of 2 people. Please note the property is on the first floor, there is a small flight of stairs leading to the entrance (about 12 steps), there is no lift. We have high speed unlimited WI FI.

Please note the location is central London but it's still quiet at nights and weekends. The flat itself is located above an admin office but they do not start work early or create any noise.

There is no allocated parking in the area. We do not recommend driving as parking and congestion charges are expensive but there are numerous options for public transport closely.

includes oven/grill/hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, TV/radio, bluetooth music speaker, unlimited WI-FI, sofa, dining table with 2 chairs. We do not have a coffee making machine but there is a small 4 cup cafetiere. (Sorry we do not have a microwave)

Double bed, plenty of storage in drawers, small hanging space, hairdryer.

bath/shower, heated towel rail, extractor fan etc

Here you will find some additional hanging space and things like the ironing board, iron, hoover etc should you require them!

We will usually be available at check in to make sure you know how everything works, to hand over keys etc. We would not be present during your stay but around for any questions by phone/email.

We also have additional references on Air BnB

Julie and Darren are a wonderful hosts! Everything was really well organised, Julie gave us the directions for our arrival and many recommendations about the area and our visit in London. The apartment is more than expected, we really feel like home. It is well located only 10-15 minutes walks from every major attractions. The area is calm and safe, which is perfect after a day in the busy London. Thank you for your apartment Julie, it was perfect! Emilie & Mathieu

JOSE - stayed in September 2014

'This apartment was fantastic. Super clean, great amenities, great location and the hosts (Julie and Darren) were just awesome. They were super attentive, provided great suggestions for restaurants around town, they even provided some albums of great bands they work with, and all the information I could need was on a neatly organized booklet they left in the apartment. Can't say enough great things about this place, would definitely stay here again on my next visit.'

EMMA - stayed in August 2014

Another wonderful stay.! Having convenience stores, restaurants, and transport so close makes this already wonderful apartment all the better

The perfect base to explore London!

Loved the apartment. Fresh, clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The area is really safe - day and night. We would walk home late at night with our baby and never had or saw any problems. It's such a short walk to Waterloo, Waterloo East, or Southwark stations for Tube, Bus, or National Rail connections. Or if you prefer walking (as we do) you can be in SoHo / Covent Garden in 25 mins. Close to walk to the river which is lovely, and plenty of food options. There are several mini-supermarkets nearby to buy things to cook and make full use of the kitchen.Corresponding with Julie was a breeze. She responded really quickly to the request and every email following. Took the time to meet us at the apartment and walk us through living there. She even includes a 'What To Do' folder for London, and has some really interesting books to help make the most of your time in London.Staying there a 2nd time at the end of August we liked it so much.

Quiet, comfortable, very well located flat

  • 5 of 5

This was just what we were looking for - a great flat convenient for the tube to the West End as well as Canary Wharf and in its own interesting area with the South Bank and Borough Market nearby. It's modern, well equipped and really easy to live in. Julie was quick to reply every time and very helpful, as well as flexible with arrival and departure times. We'd stay here again at the drop of a hat.

Perfect for accessing concerts

  • 5 of 5

This flat is very central- a 15 minute walk to the Southbank Centre, a 6 minute walk to the Southwark tube station, and excellent short bus routes to the City & the West End. The bed was very comfortable, the heating system & the shower were excellent & easy to use. The kitchen had everything except a microwave. The combination washer-dryer was great for laundry. Although not a large flat it does not seem small & we recommend it highly for a couple.

This is I think my fourth time staying in this cosy flat, which in itself should be enough to tell you how great this place is, and how lovely the owners are.

Ideally located, well kept and well equipped unit.

This unit is very well situated for easy access to all of London's "big" sights. Julie & Darrin are great hosts and check in went exactly as planned. Lovely unit which we will recommend to friends and will also book again.
