|Space||500 sq. ft.|
|Minimum Stay||5 nights|
Our apartment is a small but perfectly formed new 1 bed apartment in great Zone 1 location with easy access to multiple transport links. For us the location is perfect! Webber Street is only 5 mins walk from Waterloo and Southwark Stations and also close to Blackfriars for direct trains to both Gatwick and Luton Airports. Moments away are direct buses to Kings Cross St Pancras for Eurostar.
Our apartment is only available at certain periods of the year, Christmas, Easter and some of the summer etc. Sorry we do not offer a nightly rate and 5 nights would be the minimum stay. Please note we cannot accommodate very early or late check-ins. From 2pm-8pm is our usual, please ask for anything outside of these hours.
If you are interested in reserving a stay please get in touch and tell us a little more about your visit and required dates. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Please note we will require a tenancy application to be completed and a rental agreement to be signed. Sorry no smoking or pets are allowed at the property.
The flat itself is a newly built one bed with modern facilities and parquet flooring throughout. The apartment would be most suited to couples or individuals, a maximum of 2 people. Please note the property is on the first floor, there is a small flight of stairs leading to the entrance (about 12 steps), there is no lift. We have high speed unlimited WI FI.
Please note the location is central London but it's still quiet at nights and weekends. The flat itself is located above an admin office but they do not start work early or create any noise.
There is no allocated parking in the area. We do not recommend driving as parking and congestion charges are expensive but there are numerous options for public transport closely.
includes oven/grill/hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, TV/radio, bluetooth music speaker, unlimited WI-FI, sofa, dining table with 2 chairs. We do not have a coffee making machine but there is a small 4 cup cafetiere. (Sorry we do not have a microwave)
Double bed, plenty of storage in drawers, small hanging space
bath/shower, heated towel rail, extractor fan etc
Here you will find some additional hanging space and things like the ironing board, iron, hoover etc should you require them!
We will usually be available at check in to make sure you know how everything works, to hand over keys etc. We would not be present during your stay but around for any questions by phone/email.

Julie and Darren are a wonderful hosts! Everything was really well organised, Julie gave us the directions for our arrival and many recommendations about the area and our visit in London. The apartment is more than expected, we really feel like home. It is well located only 10-15 minutes walks from every major attractions. The area is calm and safe, which is perfect after a day in the busy London. Thank you for your apartment Julie, it was perfect! Emilie & Mathieu

'This apartment was fantastic. Super clean, great amenities, great location and the hosts (Julie and Darren) were just awesome. They were super attentive, provided great suggestions for restaurants around town, they even provided some albums of great bands they work with, and all the information I could need was on a neatly organized booklet they left in the apartment. Can't say enough great things about this place, would definitely stay here again on my next visit.'

The perfect base to explore London!
Loved the apartment. Fresh, clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The area is really safe - day and night. We would walk home late at night with our baby and never had or saw any problems. It's such a short walk to Waterloo, Waterloo East, or Southwark stations for Tube, Bus, or National Rail connections. Or if you prefer walking (as we do) you can be in SoHo / Covent Garden in 25 mins. Close to walk to the river which is lovely, and plenty of food options. There are several mini-supermarkets nearby to buy things to cook and make full use of the kitchen.Corresponding with Julie was a breeze. She responded really quickly to the request and every email following. Took the time to meet us at the apartment and walk us through living there. She even includes a 'What To Do' folder for London, and has some really interesting books to help make the most of your time in London.Staying there a 2nd time at the end of August we liked it so much.
We love the central location and the fact we have so many of London's great sights and areas on our doorstep. We can walk to a great variety of places inc. Southbank, Borough Market, Covent Garden, St James Park etc. There are also a multitude of restaurants, bars, theatres, galleries etc close by.
We have left a guide in the apt with some of our favourite restaurants, places…….
Location, location, location!
My wife and I stayed in Julie and Darrin's apartment in Southwark for a week and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and location. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and was very clean and comfortable. It provided all the comforts of home and was furnished and decorated in a simple and contemporary way.
The location was fantastic. We hadn't ever stayed in London before so were looking for something that would provide easy access to historic sites, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation, etc. The apartment truly exceeded our expectations in this regard. We found we were able to walk to many nearby sites including theaters and museums and also were just minutes from a major train station, subway station, and bus stops.
Julie was at the apartment to greet us when we arrived and was kind and welcoming. She gave us a tour and explained the basics of the apartment. She was an excellent communicator during the booking process and offered her advice/assistance on nearby sites and public transport. When we discovered there wasn't a coffee maker in the apartment (prior to arrival), she even went out of the way to purchase a French Press. We would absolutely stay in Julie and Darrin's apartment again and will recommend it to friends and family.
It's my third time staying here, which I suppose tells you how great the owners are, or how comfortable the flat is.
It's great if you want to be close to the South Bank venues, and since it's so close to both Waterloo and Southwark stations, it's easy access to almost anywhere.
Terrific location. Well appointed. Fantastic owners.
I stayed for a week in Julie and Darrin Robson's apartment in Southwark. I was given a warm welcome by Julie and Darrin when I arrived. Julie showed me around the apartment which was very helpful. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. It is well furnished and very comfortable and cosy. The location is excellent; a short walk from Southwark tube station and easy walking distance to Waterloo in one direction and Borough/London Bridge in the other. The South Bank with all its attractions is about a 20 minute walk. I've stayed in numerous rented accommodations in different parts of London and I think Julie and Darrin's apartment is by far the best one. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and would love to come back for a return visit.
Julie and Darren were lovely hosts. They met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed for our week in London. The flat is cute, well appointed and very well located! With two tube stations nearby and an easy walk to so many of London's sites, it made the week easy to navigate. We highly recommend it.
This is my second stay in this lovely flat, and I look forward to many more stays here.
It's so cosy and peaceful yet so conveniently situated, to the Waterloo and Southwark stations, to the many Southbank theatres, and has lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants very close by.
It's immaculately kept, and everything is extremely comfortable.
And perhaps most importantly, the owners are just really great people.
I do highly recommend it.
