Our apartment is a small but perfectly formed new 1 bed apartment in great Zone 1 location with easy access to multiple transport links. For us the location is perfect! Webber Street is only 5 mins walk from Waterloo and Southwark Stations and also close to Blackfriars for direct trains to both Gatwick and Luton Airports. Moments away are direct buses to Kings Cross St Pancras for Eurostar.
Our apartment is only available at certain periods of the year, Christmas, Easter and some of the summer etc. Sorry we do not offer a nightly rate and 5 nights would be the minimum stay.

The flat itself is a newly built one bed with modern facilities and parquet flooring throughout. The apartment would be most suited to couples or individuals, a maximum of 2 people. Please note the property is on the first floor, there is a small flight of stairs leading to the entrance (about 12 steps), there is no lift.
Please note the location is central London but it's still quiet at nights and weekends. The flat itself is located above an admin office but they do not start work early or create any noise.
There is no allocated parking in the area. We do not recommend driving as parking and congestion charges are expensive but there are numerous options for public transport closely.

The perfect base to explore London!
Loved the apartment. Fresh, clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The area is really safe - day and night. We would walk home late at night with our baby and never had or saw any problems. It's such a short walk to Waterloo, Waterloo East, or Southwark stations for Tube, Bus, or National Rail connections. Or if you prefer walking (as we do) you can be in SoHo / Covent Garden in 25 mins. Close to walk to the river which is lovely, and plenty of food options. There are several mini-supermarkets nearby to buy things to cook and make full use of the kitchen.Corresponding with Julie was a breeze. She responded really quickly to the request and every email following. Took the time to meet us at the apartment and walk us through living there. She even includes a 'What To Do' folder for London, and has some really interesting books to help make the most of your time in London.Staying there a 2nd time at the end of August we liked it so much.

I stayed at Elmcroft for two weeks with my fiancee for a much needed holiday in london. We really enjoyed our time at Elmcroft and were very happy there. The owners made a very helpful book about the surrounding area and what it has to offer which is at the flat this was great to have and refer too. The descriptions of the flat was all accurate and thanks to the book we found stuff to do and restaurants and bars we may not of otherwise stumbled across. The bed was very comfortable and everything was great. I would definitely stay again, in fact we would love too! The owners were very helpful and approachable.
We love the central location and the fact we have so many of London's great sights and areas on our doorstep. We can walk to a great variety of places inc. Southbank, Borough Market, Covent Garden, St James Park etc. There are also a multitude of restaurants, bars, theatres, galleries etc close by.

Location, location, location!
Julie and Darren were lovely hosts. They met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed for our week in London. The flat is cute, well appointed and very well located! With two tube stations nearby and an easy walk to so many of London's sites, it made the week easy to navigate. We highly recommend it.
This is my second stay in this lovely flat, and I look forward to many more stays here.
It's so cosy and peaceful yet so conveniently situated, to the Waterloo and Southwark stations, to the many Southbank theatres, and has lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants very close by.
It's immaculately kept, and everything is extremely comfortable.
And perhaps most importantly, the owners are just really great people.
I do highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this property. The owners, Julie and Darrin are a friendly and helpful couple. Their flat is a clean well equipped unit with a tv, stove, washing machine and dish washer. Wifi is available.
It is in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and local eateries just around the corner.
A five minute walk takes you to Southwark Tube station which will link you to anywhere in this vast city. If you prefer, continue on down to Bankside where you will find the Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe. An alternate walk down Waterloo Road will take you to the National Theatre, British Film Institute and the South Bank Arts Centre.
P.S. If you are a book lover as we are, there are a number of booksellers’ stalls in front of the BFI.
The apartment was spotless, clean and inviting. It was so central to everything in London, including transportation, pubs, cafes, and places to pick up a few groceries. After a busy and full day of visiting all-things-London, it was wonderful to come home to your own haven of comfort and relaxation. This way so much better than staying in any hotel. We appreciated our wonderful hosts and their willingness to help us in any way and would happily stay here again.
This was my second stay in this flat. I loved it: It is clean and comfortable and has everything (except a coffee maker) one could want. The location is fabulous. It is an easy walk to the theatre district on the Thames, to Waterloo Station and to other interesting sites. I highly recommend it.
DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY
FROM HEATHROW Heathrow Terminals 1-2-3 Underground Station Take the Piccadilly line and get off at Green Park. Take the Jubilee line East towards Stratford. EXIT at SOUTHWARK then it's a 5 minute walk.
FROM GATWICK Take the overground train in the direction of Bedford, departs Gatwick every 15 minutes. EXIT at Black friars Station (journey time is 30 minutes). Follow the exit signs for South bank, Tate Modern etc. At the exit gates turn left, go up the first set of steps on the left (just before Black friars Bridge), turn left at the top of the steps and walk straight until you see a Sainsburys on you left. Webber Street is on the opposite side of the road to here. (10-15 mins walk)
FROM LUTON Take the overground train to Blackfriars (journey time 40 mins) and follow directions as above.

SOUTHWARK UNDERGROUND (Jubilee Line)
Turn right out of entrance, turn left on Black friars Road and you will see Southwark station straight ahead. (we favour using Southwark station as it is much less crowded than Waterloo with shorter platform walks)
WATERLOO UNDERGROUND/OVERGROUND (Jubilee Line, Northern Line, Bakerloo Line and Overground trains)
Turn left out of entrance, continue to the top of Webber Street. When you reach the Old Vic Theatre you will see the entrance to Waterloo ahead across the road on the left. (If you are arriving back at Waterloo be sure to follow exit signs for Old Vic or you will exit on the opposite side of the station)
This is a very useful station for direct trains to Gatwick and Luton Airports. Turn right out of entrance, left on Blackfriars Rd, continue straight until you see the development One Blackfriars on your right, cross at the pedestrian lights and go down the steps to the river, the station entrance is on the left. (10/15 min walk)
There are buses to many destinations which depart from Waterloo Road and Blackfriars Road. Some popular routes include:-
