A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor (with lift) in a modern secure building located in the leafy neighbourhood of Bayswater and Hyde Park.

Our apartment has three spacious double bedrooms.

The master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, a futon sofa bed and a desk. There are are 2 further double bedrooms.

There is a very spacious reception room, equipped with a large TV and WIFI.

The kitchen is fully integrated with full utensils provided. There is .

The family bathroom is extremely spacious and very clean.

There is also a terrace area for you to enjoy.

The apartment is within a 10 minute walk from Paddington which can be reached in 15 mins from London's Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express.

Bayswater is one stop away from Paddington which is also London's main train hub to the west -Oxford, Bath, Plymouth, Cornwall and Devon, Stonehenge and Wiltshire, Cardiff and Wales.

All London's many attractions are either on the doorstep or easily reached by underground, bus or taxi. There are four underground stations within easy walking, Paddington, Lancaster Gate, Queensway, Bayswater. These stations are serviced by Central, Circle, District, Bakerloo and Hammersmith and City lines.

Local Shopping and Restaurants:

There is a large variety of cuisines available locally in Bayswater ranging from economy to expensive. French, Italian, Chinese, Indian. Thai, Lebanese, Greek, Modern European, Spanish, etc. A little further afield and within easy walking distances there is an enormous choice of restaurant in areas such as Notting Hill, Edgware Road, Kensington, Marylebone and Bloomsbury

Whiteley's Shopping Centre is across the road from the apartment which is a real bonus..

Oxford Street, Regents Street, Harrods, South Kensington shopping are within easy reach.

London has approximately 83 street markets which are really enjoyable. l would highly recommend at Camden and Portobello Road (which is close by).

The largest shopping centre in Europe is only a few stops on the underground.

Westfield Shopping Centre.

Anywhere in London can be accessed by bus, tube and taxi, all easily available locally within 100 metres from the property.

Fantastic stay

Well present apartment which was clean and tidy throughout. We loved the air conditioning as it was swelteringly hot. The apartment was as advertised with spacious rooms and a fab kitchen .

The local area is really enjoyable . The high street is busy with lots of shops and getting around London was very quick and easy. We had no trouble to get to most of the attractions in no time. I have already recommended the apartment to a friend who has booked for august . Host was fanstasic and very friendly and definitely would stay again.

Family apartment in lovely area

Convieniently located next to two tube station, it waseasy to get anywhere in the city. Very comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities of home. Jay responded quickly to my emails, and met us when we arrived. Would recommend to all!

Amazing apartment

I can say this is one of the safest, most convenient neighbourhoods in central London. The owners were extremely helpful in their responses, very professional and generous with their time. Bayswater and queensway metro station were moments away meaning we could navigate across London to the main attractions really easily. The hop on and off bus was located 5 minutes up the road which was awesome.

The local area was brilliant with quite literally everything you would need around the corner.

The apartment itself is finish to a high standard with spacious bedrooms and nice touches.

We were amazed by the apartment as it is beautiful. We requested extra linen and sheets which were delivered on the same day.

The internet was excellent speed and we were able to watch netflix off the television which made the evenings really enjoyable.

We have already recommended the apartment to friends and family. Thank you so much for a great time in London.

Great location great apartment

We spent a wonderful week in London staying at this apartment. The location, facilities and space were great for a 7 of us (5 adults and 2 children). The host was very welcoming host and was - efficient, courteous and gave us some great tips. The walk of 2 minutes minutes to the nearest tube station. There are also good local buses available. It was very convenient to reach Big Ben and London Bridge and this is why we would recommend this apartment as we could see lots of sites very easily.

The apartment has a lift and fast wifi and Lots of channels for the TV . It was clean and presentable when we arrived. Only thing we would say is that we would like to watch Arabic television but this was not provided but we we would stay here again. The host asked us for a recommendation which I have no hesitation in doing. We enjoyed our time and hope you do also. Thank you

The Apartment was SUPERB !

The Apartment is extremely convenient. Within a few mins walk to Bayswater and Queensway station. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Yet, the apartment itself is quiet and spacious. It Is clean and perfectly equipped (with fast wifi), everything worked well.

In fact, as we have a large group living in (three families together), we have made several requests, Host is so professional, helpful and accommodating that he assisted us to solve all of them unbelievably fast.

We are lucky to find this apartment, will surely recommend to anyone and will come back with our next visit to London.

Outstanding appartment with great location

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. It was right in the center of London, easy walk to Mayfair and Oxford street etc, with easy access to tubes and major train lines. Although it is steps away from 2 tube station. Generally the area is lively, the flat is surprisingly very quiet. The flat is clean with 3 comfortable double bedroom (we did not use the sofa beds in the living room) and a large-ish kitchen. The management company Keyflats were very responsive and replied quickly to any questions. The flat was exactly as described however the location was even better than we expected. Highly recommended and I look forward to staying here on my next visit to London.
