A Pure Colorado Adventure with A touch of Luxury

Nature is the star

This private preserve is ideally located just 6 minutes from grocery stores and less than 20 minutes to many of the world-famous Pikes Peak Region attractions, Pikes Peak, the Red Rocks, Cripple Creek Gold mining town, cave of the winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and a thousand places to picnic and hike.

The Mountain Home

While experiencing the natural beauty of the Estate and wildlife you will also experience luxurious mountain living in a single level architectural home, completed in 2015 as a vacation oasis. Walls of glass never let you forget you are in the Rocky Mountains and the two-bedroom wings, each with a master suite and guest bedroom, offers multi-family privacy to absorb the Colorado experience. Air-conditioning, a not common feature in the mountains, is special feature you will appreciate mid June to mid-August

Amazing
The house looked amazing. The view was terrific. We will definitely come back again. The kids loved the sleds that they provided. Was very clean when we came.

Great floor plan in a beautiful location
This is our second time staying here with friends. It’s a great home in an amazing location. I have it 4 stars because it’s time as a vacation rental has caused some wear and tear. Probably time for new carpet and a couple other minor maintenance items. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful Thanksgiving
We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances to use for Thanksgiving Dinner. We hiked around the property and enjoyed the beautiful snowfall from all the windows. The location was great because it feels secluded but is still close to town for an easy grocery store run. Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Great Stay!
Beautiful place just 5 minutes outside of town! It had high end pots and pans but you will need to bring your own shampoo!

Our experience managing yachts that chartered for up to $25,000 a day, has influenced our management style at the Trout Creek Estate and our sister property in Green Mountain Falls, Mountain Symphony. You won’t have a helicopter, private chef, or your own cabin steward but you will feel, most importantly, that the house is yours. You are not a guest but like our yacht clients, the occasional owner. Our yachts and Trout Creek were designed for vacation living with amenities and details that few vacation homes and no hotels offer.

Why they chose this property

Why this property?

As proud owners who designed and built the house, we are incredibly biased and to avoid embarrassing ourselves with overly grandiose comments we have pulled the following comments from our guest book.

“Your location is perfect...Thanks for not having to spend Mountain Time in a car. Two of our activities were a bit of a drive, Cripple Creek, 30 minutes, River Rafting 1 ½ hours. Both were well worth the drive and I recommend them. When in Cripple Creek be sure to take the Molly Kathleen gold mine tour”

“Wow…secluded mountain wilderness, but just 5 minutes to pick up the milk I forgot to buy”

“The single level was a godsend, did not worry about the little ones falling down stairs, and my legs thank you”

“We travel with one other family and dread the coin toss for the master suite…the two masters ended this ritual”

“It snowed and my husband and I spent the day in the living room enjoying gods display with a fire in the fireplace and drinking way to much coffee. The wrap-around floor to ceiling windows was like being in a snow globe, and the kids did not die tobogganing down the hill…it’s been a good day”

“…two bedroom wings, we got to sleep at night in peace and enjoy our rambunctious grandchildren during the day, yea”
