Fantastic Ground floor ideal for families,couples and cycling and treking groups. Located on prestitge Bellresguard estate a very high quality . Complex only 100 meters from the nice Pine walk beach and a couple minutes walking from Hotel Illa d´Or with in walking distance of the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

This ground floor has a 3 bedrooms ; one double with bathroom ensuite and one twin(beds) and one with 2 bunk beds,2 bathrooms and fully spacious kitchen and laundry room. The ground floor has very nice private gardens and terrace are fully equipped with table ,6 seats and sunlonger . In the terrace there is a sunbind .The private gardens to the front a beautiful view to the swimming pool.

there are a beautiful well kept communal gardens and large swimming pool with a separate childrens pool.

Lovely clean apartment with a great little garden.

Great apartment - used it as a base for a cycling holiday. Good to have washing machine. The garden is super, a real little suntrap. Ana the owner is so accommodating - let us store our bikes on the last day in one of her other properties. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely!

This is a lovely apartment, owned by friendly and helpful Ana. We visited at the very end of the season, which meant that most apartments were empty and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. I particularly appreciated the fact that the kitchen was well equipped, and contained useful things such as oil and seasonings for cooking, tin foil, some dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc. There were also quite a few novels to read, some buckets and spades, snorkels, and inflatable to use in the pool...and the welcome bonus of a bottle of wine and some lager from Ana! We had four teenagers with us who made full use of the good wifi and the large TV screen with multiple english speaking channels.

The bedrooms are smaller than they look in the photos, but all well furnished, and with beach towels as well as bath towels provided.

It's a very short walk from the flat to the lovely small sandy beaches of the pine walk. There's the formentor shop just nearby, and another mini supermarket not far away. And Porte de Pollensa is very well located for some fantastic bike rides; Ana kindly suggested that we could keep the (expensive hire bikes) inside the apartment at night, which we were able to do without it being too crowded and without damaging the flat's decor - also easy with it being a ground floor flat. As she didn't have another family arriving straight after us Ana also allowed us to keep the appartment until 5pm (late flight home) at no extra cost, which was a real bonus.

Perfect for families with young children

This was a fantastic find. in 4 years of holidays this is the best place we've found for our 2 pre school children. The apartment was newly refurbished in 2014 and is immaculate. The pool is great for younger kids as there are lots of shallow areas and an enclosed baby pool. The beach is a 5 min walk even with a toddler. It's 15-20 mins (at toddler pace) to the main restaurants but the tapas bar on site is great. Ana couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We've just booked to come back this year - the first time we've ever returned to the same place but we know we won't find anywhere better! A real home from home.

Wonderful Bellresguard Apartment

Great location on the ground floor a short walk from the pool. Perfect for children as there is a secure back garden leading off the covered terrace. The apartment was very clean, lots of hot water, effective air-conditioning, proper cooking facilities, dish washer, washing machine and dryer: in fact everything you could ask for including English TV. In October it was very quiet and peaceful with most of the apartments in the block empty. The pool is very nice, or alternatively the Pine Walk beach is around a five minute stroll across the road. Without doubt the best apartment we have found in Puerto Pollensa and we will be back.
