Charming and nicely decorated modern designed 70m2 apartment completely new in a restored nicely building, very well located in Malaga city center very close to museums, monuments and city events, building and community completely new with high quality materials and furnitures. Community with central fountain, a peaceful oasis in the cheerful life of the historial center of Málaga.

The apartment is equiped with a principal bedroom with 135cms double bed and complete bathroom with tube, also has a simple bedroom, with 160 cms double bed, and a 135 cms bed sofa on the livingroom suitable for two, a second bathroom, with shower plate, completely equiped kitchen, with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee maker,washingmachine, and all apliances you may need , living room with 32' led tv, Play Station 3 and several games, a/c, dining table for 6 persons and bedsofa, natural light coming from the community area where you can enjoy the peaceful sound of the fountain.

The bathrooms are in marble, wooden floors all over the apartment.We provide all apliances, accesories, and equipement necessary to make your stay as comfortable as in your own home.

All the area is sorrounded by restaurants, museums(thyssen, picasso), touristic points(alcazaba castel, roman theater, flamenco shows), bars, shops, where you can enjoy the real andalusian flavour just a few steps from home, with all details to make your stay unforgetable!!

We are a couple of 61 and 62 who have worked abroad many years, and now we're back to Malaga our hometown, but living in a rural area where we have a garden and pets. We have 3 grown daughters to help us have the apartment perfectly prepared and comfortable for our guests, and we will all be at your disposal for anything you need. Fantastic Apartment 10 minutes from everywhere in Malaga - Highly recommended

We have had a brilliant experience. Firstly Clara, is as lovely and helpful as everyone else says she is. She asked for €100 refundable security deposit and €100 deposit that would come off the bill. She was as good as her word and the full €100 has just been returned. So trust apart, what about the apartment?

The building looks like it has been modernised and the lift was modern and safe. The apartment itself was excellent with a living room - kitchen diner through the front door with an excellent fridge freezer, flatscreen tv, a game machine that we did not use, air con and well equipped kitchen and a lovely bottle of wine.

Through a door and to your left you get to the first bedroom with a large wardrobe. We used this room as our bags, clothes and changing room as there was just the two of us. Opposite the bedroom was a small shower room and toilet. We did not use the shower in this room but we did use the excellent top loading washing machine which was easy to operate after Clara showed me how.

The good sized main bathroom was excellent with a full size bath and a good shower. There was also a toilet, bidet and wash basin. Just next to the bathroom was the master bedroom which was a very good size and had its own air con on the wall.

Jump in the lift or walk up to the 4th floor to the roof terrace with a smallish pool that was perfect to lounge around when we were not in the city or at the beach. There was one day where we had to speak to some boisterous, pretty selfish British lads but that was dealt with and certainly did not take away from time spent at the apartment.

So 10 minutes from everywhere. For local groceries, turn left out of the entrance to the building and walk a hundred metres and find the very helpful chinese supermarket which sells everything and is open late. For an excellent breakfast, lunch or dinner then absolutely don't miss BrunchIt across the road. Perfect pizzas, brilliant burgers and wonderful wine. Turn right, down the road and take a bridge over the dry river then you are within 10 minutes of El Corte Ingles our very favourite department store in the world with an outstanding food hall downstairs.Turn left and you are a 10 minute walk into the wonders of Malaga city centre, the famous El Pimpi, fantastic re-developed waterfront and beaches.

We came to Malaga after city trips to Madrid and Cordoba - this apartment was the perfect place to enjoy Malaga and if we get the chance will be coming back soon.

Great location. Great value. Excellent host. Rooftop pool.

We are a family of 5 adults and 1 child staying for 17 days in Malaga. Overall size of property was fine to cope. Decor and cleanliness were spot on. All amenities were there (except an oven, but there was a microwave ). Our host Clara could not have been better. Keeping in contact. Meeting us outside the apartment etc. Clara also organised parking in a private car park (€10/ day - 2 minutes walk away ( if desperately needed ). In fact my hire car was in the car park almost all the time. Next time I go I will not hire a car. We stayed most of the time in the city and/or beach. Apartment is 1 minute from the nearest mini supermarket , 3 mins walk from the the nearest batch of restaurants etc......but it is still very quiet. Actual centre of the city ( constitution square ) is 5 mins walk away. Harbour is 20 mins walk ( through city ). Beach is 25 mins walk. We are a family of sun worshippers so the (shared) rooftop terrace with small splash pool was fantastic and really quiet. No loungers or chairs but we bought a couple of cheap beach loungers and left them. We loved the apartment and we loved Malaga. We basically spent most of the time enjoying long lunches, fine evening meals, strolls throughout the city and lounging on the beach. The atmosphere at night is fantastic. It is a friendly, family atmosphere all around the city with the hundreds of bars and restaurants all looking quite busy. The beach was lovely, more fine shale than find sand. Smoked sardines (Espeto ) at the beach front is a must. Whilst lounging at the beach, there are local sellers offering cold beer and cold cans of coke etc for €1.50. Fantastic. We'll be back.

Nice Flat

We enjoyed our Hollidays in Malaga. This Flat is in conformity with the description and photos.

It is very nice with all the amenities, very clean and quiet. A guide is available to tenants for excursions. There is a bakery next door, for the breakfast it is nice.

It is located near restaurants, tapas bars and shops of the city center

Perfecto para conocer la ciudad

El apartamento es pequeño, pero bien distribuido. Da a un patio interior con una fuente y es bastante luminoso.

Comunidad tranquila, piso muy céntrico, perfecto para conocer a fondo Málaga.

La propietaria, Clara, siempre dispuesta a resolver nuestras dudas y colaborar en lo que pudiéramos necesitar.

Muy recomendable.

Belle résidence parfaitement située dans le centre de Malaga

Nous étions 4 étudiantes à passer une semaine de vacances à Malaga début septembre, on a été ravie. L'appartement est superbe, bien équipé, propre, spacieux et idéal pour 4 personnes (2 chambres belles chambres avec 2 salles de bain). La piscine sur le toit est idéale pour se relaxer quelques minutes. Je trouve que c'est un bel endroit pour des jeunes car tout est accessible à pieds (lieux historiques, boites de nuits, bars, tapas ...) pas besoin de voiture même si la plage est à 20 min de marche; de plus c'est un endroit calme.

On y retournera, merci à Clara!

It is 90m walk to Thyssen Museum and 200m to Picasso Museum, the Arab castle of La Alcazaba and Gibralfaro. You will also find the Central market filled with fresh local products, just a step away.

Malaga is the second largest city of Andalusia, with an excellent tourist offer: the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, the most emblematic rural tourism and a wide cultural offer, all enlivened by the most varied gastronomic festivals and Andalusian folklore that will follow you through the city and province.

You can also enjoy the most relaxing experience in the Al-andalus Hammam, with massages, essential oils treatments and many more with a 10% discount.

The apartment is located in a very centric point of Malaga´s old town, therefore the cultural and commercial offer of the area is excellent. Just a few steps from home you can find Malaga Cathedral, both Picasso and Carmen Thyssen museums, Alcazaba fortress, iconic Larios street, Cervantes Theatre, Malagueta beach, the Alameda Mall and a lot of corners and small alleys that will make you enjoy the authentic Andalusian flavor.

Optional parking is available 5 minutes from the house, but if your idea is to travel by public transportation, the apartment is located near the train station and many bus stops that will take you to most towns in Costa del Sol and to many other tourist attractions in the city and province.

If there is anything Malaga is known for, is its unique weather and its magical light that inspired Picasso. In this city you will enjoy mild temperatures and sunny days almost 365 days a year. The house has big windows to the community area, where you can hear a fountain and enjoy the day light and ornamenthal vegetation

The beach is only at a 12 minutes walk by the Muelle Uno marina or through Malaga Park botanical garden.

Malaga city has a unique andalusian folklore which can be enjoyed throughout the year. And there are certain particular dates when interesting events take place and all of them can be enjoyed either from the balconies or stepping right out of the house: Malaga´s Semana Santa (holy week) in Easter, la Feria de Malaga, on the third week of August, with all the flamenco dresses, music and the Andalusian Equestrian Show. Christmas season in downtown Malaga is also a magical time: illumination of the streets, New Year chimes from the Square Clock, and of course, the traditional Cabalgata de Reyes Magos, for children and adults.

In Malaga you can taste the best Mediterranean and international cuisine, enjoy the high quality of our coast´s seafood, as well as cheese and meat from the nearby hills and mountains, all combined with the finest wines and of course with typical tasty tapas.

The location of the apartment allows you to make all the excursions you want around the province, either by car or public transport, in an easy, comfortable and economical way.
