Sleeps 4 + 2 Sofa Bed. Salon, Kitchen, Private Parking, Beautiful View, Wifi

The open kitchen lounge is good equipped and air conditioned optional. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 pits hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, etc. There is a water dispenser (reverse osmosis) for fresh drinking water, no need of buying and carrying water bottles from the supermarket.

One bedroom has a double bed an the other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is a washing machine. In the lounge you can make the sofa into a bed and there is a wireless internet access. The apartment has a small French balcony. It is located only 600 meters from the beach of beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is private parking (extra charge).

From July 2016 HomeAway is charging about 8% commission which is shown separate (payment by creditcard). This commission can be avoided when paying by bank-transfer directly to the owner. The choice is yours.

A perfectly adequate holiday home

This apartment fitted our needs perfectly.

It was very clean and had everything we needed.

The location was perfect, and the furniture fittings more than adequate.

There was some road noise, but it didnt keep us awake at night.

The water cooler was a welcome addition.

We would be happy to come back should we revisit Puerto Mogan

GREAT HOLIDAY APARTMENT

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a few minutes walk to the beach, two decent sized supermarkets and the lovely town. It was great not having to cart bottles of water to the flat as it has a water machine. Albert and Annelies, the owners, could not have been nicer and it thanks to them that we made our flight home!- we will be going back next year. Thanks Albert and Annelies
