The apartment is located at the second floor of a small two-storey building. It has nearly 70 sqm and two terraces, the lower one of 30 sqm and the upper one as big in size as the apartment.
The top-floor flat has been recently and completely renovated and refurnished. Equipped with the standard features for an enjoyable stay: microwave, coffee machine, TV... It consists of an exquisite living area with acces to the lower terrace, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet, three rooms, and a very well equipped kitchen.
The lower terrace retains the charm of the exclusive marine retreat and is furnished with taste.
The roof-top terrace, accessible by an outdoor stair has nice views of the surroundings and the sea.
I am courious, tireless and smiley historian who works in aviation and enjoys travelling. I like practicing several sports, although I have lately been focused on thriatlon. Everyday I do my best to spare some time for reading or watching one episode of my favorite sitcoms.

My family has been coming for fifty years at summer time to this neighbourhood located at the beach. Ciudad Jardín conserves the beauty of residential houses and quiet streets. Fortunately indeed, on a walking distance you are also catered by any kind of service for the most comfortable and pleasant stay.
Our guests have a subterranean parking lot at their disposal, but you are at ease either with or without a car because the neighborhood is perfectly connected to all major landmarks of the town by a very efficient bus line and by a bikeway .
The atmosphere is exclusive, cool and peaceful, you may choose to be pampered by the quietness, freshness, lightness of the house or stroll out looking for your best corner on the many sandy beaches that surround the area. Nightlife is behind the corner!
We booked this apartment of my birthday and it was a superb place to stay. The apartment was clean and very well equipped - the rooms spacious and the balcony was great. Jesus was very helpful as was his sister-in-law who meet us and showed us round. They were even able to supply a high chair and cot for our one-year old at short notice. The apartment comes with underground parking which is a real bonus - but the best bit is the location. A quiet tree-lined street less than a minute's walk to the beach. There are bars and restaurants nearby if you don't feel like going too far to eat and small shops and a supermarket not far away too. Palma itself is a few minutes drive but the roads are very easy to navigate and the large car park under the Cathedral was easy and fairly reasonable. The aircraft noise mentioned in other reviews is noticeable but does not detract from the apartment's appeal at all - it really didn't disturb us - don't let it put you off.
All in all this is a great place to stay - highly recommended!
The apartment is newly renovated to a very high standard. Everything has been thought of and lots of useful things are provided. There is secure underground car parking.
Even though there is only a single air conditioning unit in the main living area, it kept the temperatures comfortably low when required, even in the main bedroom at night with the door left ajar.
The spacious terrace is a particular high point. Air traffic from the nearby airport was audible when outside, but in no way intrusive.
It only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the pleasant beach, or to local shops and restaurants, and the local neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe..
Jesus was very helpful, even carrying our suitcases up the stairs! (Be aware that there is no lift so you need to be able to use the stairs.)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay there again should the opportunity arise.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, perfekt für den gemütlichen Urlaub zu zweit. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, der Kontakt vorab und auch Vorort wunderbar.
Der Strand, Supermarkt, Kneipen, Restaurants und auch die Autobahn sind schnell erreicht. Wir sind mehrfach auch nach Portixol und sogar nach einmal nach Palma gelaufen. Wer kein Auto hat, könnte auch leicht den Bus nehmen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Einzig eine Möblierung der Dachterasse (dort ist den ganzen Tag Sonne pur) wäre noch das Sahnehäubchen zu der tollen Wohnung, da im Winter auf der Hauptterrasse keine Sonne ist.
Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Sehr geräumig, alles sauber und prima gelegen. Zum Strand geht man nur wenige Minuten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Fußnähe.
Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es wurde alles gezeigt. Auch bei der Abreise alles wunderbar gelaufen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage bevor wir erholt auf Kreuzfahrt gegangen sind.
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Mallorca Woche bei herrlichem Sonnenschein in diesem perfekten, modernen Apartment. Das Penthouse ist sauber und geräumig, mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse.
Auch die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen: dicht am Strand, gute Verkehrsanbindung (auch mit dem Fahrrad: immer an der Strandpromenade entlang ist man in 20Min an der Kathedrale) und alles was man zum guten Leben benötigt - wie Supermarkt und gute Restaurants - um die Ecke.
Die Betreuung durch Miquel war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Was will man mehr, wir kommen gerne wieder !

No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed at the terraces.
The small privy (next to the kitchen) works with a toilet waste disposal unit. This unit pumping system is designed for the disposal of raw organic sewage, toilet, paper and waste water. Should other products than the latter be thrown to the toilet, guests will be responsible of whatever damage caused to the toilet.
In order to book the apartment, our guests should pay by bank transfer the 30% percent of the total price. Upon arrival, they should pay in cash the 70% of the total plus the cleaning expenses and a refundable deposit of €300 (or the equivalent amount in your own currency), which (if the property is in the same condition as when delivered) will be handed back upon departure.
The cleaning fees are 60€ for stays up to seven days, and 40€ for each additional week. Thanks to the latter payment, the apartment will be cleaned and the bedding&towels changed once a week.
