In the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (5 minutes walk from the Casino), STRINKAD apartment, classified 4 stars in February 2016 (for 2 people with possibility of 2 additional beds), offers a bright and friendly space for enjoy a pleasant holiday. Its strong points are: interior design, the veranda, the terrace and the view of the sea. The orientation of the terrace is southeast: The apartment is sunny in the morning up to sixteen hours.

This accommodation in luxury residence is both spacious and quiet, the space was privileged to live and you will have absolute quiet; highways are away from the residence. The cleanliness of the place is one of my main criteria of requirement, and I am committed to the total satisfaction of my tenants. All inclusive (heating, water, towels, internet and telephone).

The private parking place is 15m from the entrance. This apartment has a bedroom furnished with new upscale bedding in 160 x 200 with storage style "dressing" and a veranda and terrace with sea view. The equipment is complete, dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker or espresso classic, robot, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer ... etc. It is also equipped with an internet box last generation, a connected flat screen TV (direct access to international channels) and telephone (unlimited calls to fixed and mobile in Metropolis, international access extra). To fully enjoy moments of relaxation and rest on the terrace or in the conservatory, I have made available this year two soft reclining chairs perfect for reading or relaxing moments indoors or outdoors. The veranda opens fully on the terrace, patio furniture and umbrellas complete the equipment. For most athletes, two VTC Btwin (man and woman) are available.

The heating is efficient: radiant radiator in the living room and heat transfer in the other rooms. I am available throughout your stay, and I'm happy to respond quickly to any prior request for information. Calendar and rates are up to date. I reply to any request by email (in any language), SMS alert is turned on my phone, I am informed in real time of any inquiry; exceptions, I bring a response within the hour.

Ideally located, all amenities (food shops, bakeries, doctors, pharmacists ...) are in a radius of less than 300 m and the largest quinocéenne Beach (Beach of the Casino) is within walking distance in less than 5 minutes

I provide no extra charge on request Nursery kit. I also put available an extra mattress a place (with comfortable inflatable rims) for children 3/8 years. Experience has shown me that this solution perfectly meets the parents and children enjoy.

Bed linen (sheets and duvets) are provided for free and you will find beds made on arrival. Linens (towels) and towels are provided.

Pets are not allowed. The interior space (which veranda) is non-smoking.

Saint-Quay, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Perros-Guirec is also the starting point for many walks, by road or by boat: Paimpol, Ile de Brehat, Pontrieux and its wash-houses, Plougrescant and its house between rocks, Saint-Brieuc, Van André, Erquy, Cap Fréhel, etc ... You are in love with the sea, walks on coastal roads rich in heritage. You will love Saint-Quay-Portrieux for a pleasant stay, iodine and exotic. Excellent Property in a Lovely Location

On our early evening arrival we were met by our friendly landlady Rozenn , who showed us everything, gave us her contact details and left us to it. The ground floor flat was very clean, and extremely well equipped. There was ample towels, linen, bedding etc. plus washing machine, dish washer, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer etc. The flat is located in a quiet block, in a very nice, quiet area, just 5 minutes easy walk to shops, cafes, sandy beaches etc. The off road car parking space is only 10m from the entrance. The flat is ideal for two people or two plus small child. We had more than enough hot water at all times and there was ample room heaters in all rooms. There was plenty of comfortable furniture, wifi, TV, radio and DVD player. Via the internet the TV gave access to hundreds of TV channels and radio stations - the only UK TV channel we could find was BBC World. Most UK radio stations were available. We could eat in the kitchen/lounge area or in the enclosed veranda. Beyond the veranda, through a second set of French windows was the large open north facing veranda. This was very private apart from one neighbour. The sea view could be viewed between two buildings. There were loungers, clothes driers etc.

The smart town of St Quay Px is split into two. The half where the flat is located has sandy beaches and shops, restaurants etc. The other half is a 20 minute stroll away and has a marina, shops, restaurants, etc. (market on Monday mornings). There is ample parking everywhere in the town (but we were there in October - we had the impression that it could be busy in the season). We can recommend the "911" and the "Victoria" restaurants for evening meals (both by the St Quay Px marina). The location is a great base for touring. There are more sandy beaches in both directions along the coast. Also many interesting historical towns are within a 45 minute drive.

Overall we had a great holiday. We would recommend St Quay Px as a nice town to spend time in and also a good base for touring. We would also recommend the flat as it was well presented, well equipped and in a quiet, convenient part of town.

Rien à redire

Je souhaitais du calme pour travailler et je l'ai parfaitement trouvé. L'appartement est très bien, propre, bien équipé, avec un parking juste à côté de l'entrée et une vue sur la mer. Pas grand chose à redire, sinon à recommander sans problème.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables en Août 2016 dans une superbe location en bord de mer à proximité de la plage du Casino et des commerces. Rien à redire : parfait, rien ne manque, literie parfaite, propreté des lieux, location du linge de maison qui permet de ne pas s'encombrer pour le voyage d'une valise supplémentaire. En plus la véranda permet de prendre tous les repas et le petit jardinet fleuri est agréable. Calme des lieux également propice au repos des vacanciers. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très bon accueil, très à l'écoute et aux petits soins des locataires. Un grand merci pour leur cadeau de bienvenue nous reviendrons c'est sûr à Saint Quay et nous recommandons leur annonce.

Une localisation idéale pour un séjour en Bretagne

Location très propre et bien équipée. La situation très proche du littoral et du centre ville est appréciable. Grand bol d'air assuré avec les promenades sur le sentier des douaniers ; avec le plaisir de déguster les fruits de mer du vivier de St Marc...

Seul petit bémol, la photo indiquée pour la location est trop avantageuse par rapport à la vue réelle lorque l'on est assis dans la véranda
