This home is located on a dead end street of Old Florida Trees and Residential Homes. Large heated screened pool with privacy fencing for back yard even for pets. Come walk, bike, lay back.

100ft seawall with dock, water draft approximately 2 to 3 feet. Preserve riverfront abounds with wildlife, minutes to Okeechobee waterway. Approximately 30 minute boat ride to riverfront dining and 60 minutes to the inlet.

The home is ranch style, tile and carpet. Well appointed kitchen opens to water views. Comfortable furniture, lots of wind breezes, 10 minutes to historical downtown, near I-95, close to shopping.

Stuart is a quaint small village unlike any on Florida's East Coast. No hussle or bussel, laid back, great fishing as well as all water sports.

A Great Relocation Stay

Relaxing

So many nice things to say. The owner was amazing! I’d stay anywhere because of Charles’ attentiveness. Any issues we had he was quick to respond and correct the problem. The property is beautiful! Pictures online just don’t do it justice. Beds were nice and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of little extras like toiletries to get you started and plenty of pool towels and dishes for cooking. We stayed for two weeks so all the cleaning supplies around the house were great. We brought our own kayaks and launched from the dock. It was a bit rough to hoist them up but manageable. We did go out almost everyday and we’re getting tired toward the end of our stay. We ate lots of fresh mango from the tree. The pool was great to have after kayaking on the River. My only complaint would be the pool’s maintenance. It turned green real quick. Apparently his pool guy wasn’t doing his job. Charles quickly got another company to come out but they did so in the middle of the day and we couldn’t swim that day. The same thing happened the second week. I guess because chemicals get put in once a week they put in a lot to keep it clean. Overall a wonderful experience and stay!

My wife and I currently live and work in Connecticut. We love the outdoors. We try to get down to our house in Stuart FL 2 to 3 times a year if it's not rented. It is just so relaxing and we especially love to Kayak on the River (right from the back yard)! We hope to retire here someday.

Why they chose this property

Originally worked in Jupiter and lived in this house in Stuart. In 2000 my job moved to Connecticut so I had to go with it.

What makes this property unique

We love going out on the river or just fishing from the dock in the back yard and enjoying the pool. We also enjoy going to downtown Stuart for dinner or going to the beach out on Hutchison Island.
