A beautiful light and spacious 2 bed penthouse apartment set in the Duquesa port area with 2 terraces, including a private sun terrace with sun all day which offers stunning views of the sea, Duquesa port, communal pool, mountains and golf course. The apartment is situated within a peaceful gated complex with a large communal pool. It is situated on a hill, but that is what gives it it's incredible views, and it's still only 10 minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes walk from Duquesa port, 30 minutes drive from Gibraltar and 30 minutes drive from Marbella. The closest supermarkets and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, with 1 king size bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed suitable for two children or an adult. The interior of the apartment has incredible views, with a views of the turquoise sea from the living room and master bedroom, and views of the mountains, pool and golf course from the second bedroom. It has English TV, with BBC HD channels, ITV, Channel 4 and CBBC, WiFi and air con and heating. It also has a sound system providing indoor entertainment and a BBQ on the sun terrace, ideal for al fresco entertainment!

An ideal holiday for families, couples and also golfers, with numerous golf courses nearby and a warm climate all year round.

Great apartment with great views.

lovely property, close to amenities, everything required to eat in if you wish. Had a BBQ one night on the roof terrace which was great as there were 20 of us staying around the area. Plenty of space for us all.

A lovely apartment

We have recently returned from a 6 week holiday in this lovely apartment and will certainly be returning next year. This property with its stunning views was clean, well equiped and very quiet. It is only a 20 minute walk (30 minute back as it's uphill) into the centre of Duquesa where there is a plentiful choice of shops, restaurants and bars.

Six Stars and So Much More

Just returned from a month in this beautiful penthouse. Stunning sea views doesn't begin to describe the sun rising from the water and casting the most beautiful reddish pink glow to the sky every morning. The condo was as pictured, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and a large refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the rooftop deck. The owner is very easy to communicate with and Duquesa Estates office always willing to answer questions. There are two large grocery stores and a dollar store (Bazaar) at the bottom of the hill (walking distance if you don't have a car).

New Year's Eve in Puerto de la Duquesa will be remembered fondly. Good food, fantastic Cava and fireworks!!!!!

The condo was located right off the A7 making day trips very easy. And I can't get over how polite Spanish drivers are compared to New Yorkers. If you need a car, rent from Bruno's. Everything you need can be found minutes from the condo in the port.

When arriving, it is easier to find the condo in daylight but if you find yourself arriving at night, like us, the keys will be in a safe in the front wall of the Duquesa Estate building. Trust them : ) We would highly recommend this property!

A Wonderful Stay

We have just spent 2 months at this wonderful apartment and didn't want to leave, so much so, that we have booked 2 months next year. The apartment is a real home from home, was very clean, well equipped and the views from the balcony and roof terrace are stunning! The complex and pool area is very well maintained too. Helene provides excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble. Can't wait to return.

Loved the apartment and location. Great views from the roof terrace. Well kept property and maintained grounds. Good restaurants in Puerto de la Duquesa. Would definitely recommend and stay again in future

8 night stay. As advertised. Great if you have allergies. Without gps we had a bit of difficulty to find property and the office. Recommend for both long and short term stays. DD returned quickly and very easy to deal with the owner on all aspects.
