The villa (220 sqm) with 4 double bedrooms is built on two levels. You reach the main entrance on the first floor over a charming little bridge.

On the first floor you have a spacious lounge / dining area with log fire, big screen TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster ....

Also on the first floor : 1 bedroom with two separate beds and a separate bathroom with shower.

Living / dining area, kitchen and bedroom have direct access to a covered terrace with fantastic views to the surrounding hills.

Downstairs (on the ground floor) are the other 3 bedrooms : the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom + bath) and another 2 bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms + shower). These rooms are spacious. Large wardrobes in every room.

Really relaxing rooms with direct access to the ground floor terrace / patio, private pool and garden.

The terraces are spacious. Lovely to enjoy your meals, have a barbecue (there is a big portable barbecue on the upper terrace), drink a glass of wine, relax with family and friends.

On the ground floor there is a very practical laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

The 4-bedroom villa has been built according to the highest specifications with double walls, completely insulated so always cool in summer, nicely warm during wintery evenings.

Bed- and bath linen, internet, final cleaning included in price.

Also at the disposal of our guests, free of charge : baby cot,

baby chair, 2 car seats for children, some toys.

Beds for children over the age of 3 can be put in the room of the parents (small supplement) upon request.

The villa is a freestanding retreat, allowing every guest to enjoy his own privacy and space.

It is in a very quiet and beautiful countryside location, yet not isolated, 10 minutes by car to Loule, and 15-20 minutes to the lovely bay of Olhos d Agua and the long stretch of golden sands with the red cliffs of Falesia beach that continues all the way to Vilamoura.

20 minutes drive to Faro and the airport.

The golf courses of (Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo ... ) are never far away.

Loule is a bustling market town with 20.000 residents which grew thanks to tourism but has retained its original charm.

It s Arabian style market hall is famous for it s Saturday market which spills on to the surrounding streets (fish, seafood, fruit, vegetables ...)

The Arab caste, dating back to the 12th century, almost completely destroyed in the earthquake of 1755 and restored in the 20th century, as well as the remaining walls are worth a visit.

Loule Carnival is one of the biggest events in the area and is famous across the Algarve. It takes place in February and is truly colourful with music and dancing and general partying, reminiscent of Brasilian carnivals.

Loule is also a famous cultural centre with music festivals, concerts and many festivities being organized throughout the summer season.

There are excellent supermarkets as well as banks, restaurants, bars and a modern hospital.

Also nearby is the lovely little town of Boliqueime (ca. 5 km).

From the ideal location of the villa, in the middle of the Algarve, you can easily make day trips inland (eg Monchique), to Western Algarve (Lagos, Sagres, the beautiful and quiet Costa Vicentina), to the east (Faro,Tavira, the Spanish border) or even to Lisbon or Sevilla in Spain.

About Chantal Pauwels

We are a Belgian couple, living in the Flemish part of Belgium, near the city of Kortrijk. That's also the region where we grew up, where our 3 children and most of our family are living. Belgium has a lot to offer. However the weather is rather unpredictable and winters can be chilly and wet. We are nearing the age of retirement now. So we decided to buy a second home in the lovely Algarve where we intend to spend more time in future, mainly in winter. We would be very pleased to be welcome guests in our house during the rest of the year. We are sure you will enjoy staying in our villa as much as we do.

Fotos escondem o caminho que leva a moradia. Zona envolvente de penhascos. Chegamos as 16h e não havia chave nem limpeza. Telefonamos a agencia Sherib que nos disse que não tiveram tempo para fazer a limpeza e esqueceram se da chave chegaram passado 1h30 e comecaram a limpar só tive a casa pronta pelas 20h30 e enquanto isso esperamos a porta. A piscina só foi limpa passado 4 dias. Muito mau

Owner's Response: I did everything possible to get the house ready in time. We live abroad and something went wrong in the planning of our property manager. Consequently cleaning and key handling were done too late. We are sorry about that. We have been working with our property manager Seashell for many years now. This never happened before. When i received your phone call that Saturday in the late afternoon I called Seashell right away. They did their utmost to solve the problem as quickly as possible. You could just have gone away, maybe have a drink on a sunny terrace for a couple of hours, come back later to a spotless house instead of staying there, yelling at everyone over the phone, threatening to go to the police! Was that really necessary? I knew from the start this was going to be a lost case. Still, i took responsibility and gave you a reasonable compensation for this delay of a couple of hours (about 4 hours to be precise). My transfer was made even before you left the house, before the state of the house could be checked, which was not as it should have been as they told me later. We all did our very best to put things right, solve this matter in a friendly, peaceful way, satisfactory to you. Seashell even provided services which are normally never for free. You already booked the property at a ‘last minute’ price, much lower than the usual price as this was the only week left vacant this summer. As to the location of the house … I sent all information on beforehand + Google coordinates and exact description as to where the house is situated. It is not my intention to hide anything. Frankly, if i had more photos of the environment i would proudly show them as the area is quite beautiful and quiet. The road leading to the house is rather narrow and somewhat steep in some parts but it is a tarmac road in good condition (not a gravel or dirt track) and the house is not more than 300 or 400 m from the main road. Many back roads in the countryside are like that and much worse. We never had complaints about the accessibility before. You can see on Google street view the landscape is not exactly flat in that part of the Algarve. Swimming pool is being cleaned twice a week, not daily. As there is often a lot of wind in the Algarve, leaves from the olive trees are dropping into the pool all the time. There is a net to remove them.

Très belle villa au calme

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour la villa est superbe , bien équipée très confortable et bien entretenue

Cependant aucun parasols aux abords de la piscine que nous avons réclamés au bout de 3 jours et obtenu le 4ème jour

Cependant je recommande cette villa pour un séjour au calme et près de toutes les commodités
