The house can accommodate 5 people and consists of a large living room with quality convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, ...), two bedrooms (one with a bed double and the other with a single bed), a bathroom with bathtub (ideal for young children), two toilets, a terrace equipped for your evening and lunch and breakfast, as well as 'a green courtyard and a large garage to keep your car cool in summer.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes horse and a vacuum cleaner, as well as everything you need to keep this place clean during your stay.
Canoe departure a few meters from the house and free shuttles in summer allow you to go to the city center, to Pont d'Arc or to the Cave (Chauvet Cave).
Finally for cycling enthusiasts the site is ideal for getting around.

A lovely short break in the Ardeche

This was an ideal place for us to stay and visit the local sights, such as the Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2 and Ardeche gorges. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. The integral garage space for the car was great and gave us an extra sense of security. The owner/staff were very helpful, especially in retrieving a pair of glasses I left behind. Thank you both!

A beautiful place to stay and enjoy the Ardeche

Lots of character, spacious and airey Excellent location for launching on the river and great off road route for mountain biking nearby. Great storage for bikes and equipment. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

Schön renoviertes Steinhaus

Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr geschmackvoll und entsprechen der Beschreibung des Inserates. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral gelegen, ideal für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten.

Séjour aoûtien aux Mazes

Très agréable séjour au calme au Mazes. Location Idéalement placée aux abords du moulin et de Vallon pont d'arc permettant de nombreuses découvertes dans une région exceptionnelle. Extrême beau temps de la partie ! Logement propre très fonctionnel et bien équipé ! (manque seulement d'un peu + de rangements en ce qui nous concerne ). Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes avec petites attentions à l'arrivée, joignables et à l'écoute aux besoins. Seul bémol :les moustiques qui n'étaient pas conviés ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !
