We have just realized our project by becoming the owners of this finca in 2017 : Es Campet is a charming stone finca, nestled in the Valley of the orange trees of Soller, on the island of Mallorca, within the chain of mountains of Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. This Finca is located in a quiet garden among oranges, and many other fruits trees ... And enjoys a splendid view on the valley and the Tramuntana. Our water tank swimming pool is waiting for you : so called "Safareig" traditional mallorcan finca water tank. A 15 minute walk from the central village square, so animated all year round, and a 5 minute drive to the beach, and its typical fishing port. Es Campet is the perfect starting point for exploring the magnificent west coast of the island, and discovering walks and hikes by foot, or by bike to some of the most beautiful villages in the Mediterranean, such as Fornalutx, Deia or the old town of Valldemossa. This spacious Finca is built in the traditional Mallorcan style, which gives it its authenticity, overlooking the valley from all the rooms of the house. Its guests can enjoy a large equipped kitchen, and a living room, with direct access to the terrace and garden. On the 1st floor, a parental bedroom suite and bathroom jacuzzi / shower, as well as 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another bathroom & WC on the groundfloor.The property benefits from all amenities : Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms, wifi internet, satellite TV, central heating, wood-burning stove, washing and drying machines, equipment for children / babies, ping pong table...Quiet privacy, while enjoying the bars and restaurants within walking distance ... The nearest restaurant at 50 meters. Guests will have full access to the house and its extensive garden. Although renting a car is advisable, it is not essential. Guests can reach most of the attractions of the valley by foot, bike, scooter, taxi, or by the typical wooden tram from the village of Soller to the beach. Finally, the indoor swimming pool and fitness from the village is 2 steps away, for those who appreciate swimming in the morning, or at the end of the day.

Super maison dans bel endroit

Belle maison ancienne, récemment rénovée, avec grand jardin privé. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et accueillant, fournissant un guide de la maison avec quelques bonnes adresses à Soller. La maison est grande, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Tout est propre; ameublement simple et fonctionnel mais très confortable et choisi avec goût. La climatisation dans les chambres était bien appréciée, voire indispensable, pendant notre séjour en période de canicule au mois de juillet - ainsi que la petite piscine - et nous avons bien aimé prendre tous nos repas à l'ombre du grand pin.

Soller est une jolie petite ville pittoresque, suffisamment grande pour trouver tout le nécessaire, et à 15 minutes à pied; on peut aussi se baigner à la belle plage de sable de Port de Soller - rare sur cette côte ouest de l'île. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour ici en famille.

Un endroit de charme

Cette maison de campagne offre de vastes espaces intérieurs et une belle fonctionnalité.

Le jardin très grand lui aussi et bien arboré ouvre la vue sur les montagnes.

Aux portes de Soller c'est un endroit calme où nous avons apprécié nous reposer.
