About this property

A 2 bed/1 bath renovated cottage built in 1888. We keep it cleaned/disinfected to the highest standards! All rooms are very nicely furnished to include a fully stocked kitchen. The home has a private fenced yard with fire pit...a great way to spend a quiet evening after a busy day checking out the city and surrounding area. Six bikes are provided for an easy commute to CSU, many great restaurants, and multiple micro breweries (New Belgium, Odell Brewing and Equinox...just to list a few). Pets are always welcome, both at our home and around FOCO. Enjoy!

Cozy cottage that is near everything!

We loved our stay in this well equipped small home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup and the many streets gave lots of options for walks of various lengths. So close to the fun stuff in old town Fort Collins. Most comfortable mattress in the world! Everything we could want including fabulous water pressure in the shower. We highly recommend!

Lovely home at a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Kimbra and Chad could not have been more helpful. The location is fantastic; very near all the wonderful restaurants In old town Fort Collins and great places to walk our dog. Two of the best features are the incredibly comfortable mattress and the powerful water pressure in the shower. We highly recommend staying at this charming cottage. The owners are the best!

perfect escape

This home is a charmer! So close to old town and walking trails. Owners responded immediately to my question and were super helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Phillipe's for brunch was an unexpected bonus in a 3 mile drive. We will stay here every chance I get. We loved it!

Cute and cozy bungalow

The house was comfortable and well appointed. The owners were flexible with dates and check-in times. The house was clean and our dog had a great time! We really enjoyed the proximity to Old Town.
