Located 120m from the best beach of Benalmadena and the famous Paloma Park, this apartment with South Sea view is perfect for a successful holiday.

10 minutes from the city center and the train station and 1.5 km from the marina, many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed (a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the other room) double sofa bed. The capacity is for 6 people. of a cot on request. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher and utensils). The living room dining room with large terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace of 12m² is equipped with a table and chairs, chairs can be added on request. The building has a solarium accessible to all.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was spotlessly clean and very well located.

Myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter found this apartment to be an ideal location for our holiday(October 2017). Close to the beach and within a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Paloma Park. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Eduardo, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends. We intend to return in future.

Great location and fab sea view, owner very friendly and helpful

Not used HomeAway before but the process was very simple.

The Owner, Eduardo was really helpful and friendly and it was very easy to communicate via whatsapp and he responds very quickly.

The apartment is located very close to a good beach, which wasn't hugely busy event at the start of August, a five minute walk, if that.

Supermarkets are nearby, a small one around the corner, and two larger ones a ten minute walk through a lovely park (Paloma Park)

We had a family of five including three adults and two teenagers so think the apartment is better suited to families of four to be honest, but we coped well and were out and about all day anyway.

Paloma Park is a fab space, and ideal for early morning jogs around the lake too, this is two minutes away from the property.

We caught the train from Arroyo del Miel to Malaga which is a great day out with plenty of museums and the cathedral is amazing. The station is ten minutes walk from the flat, so really handy.

Eduardo is a really nice guy, and I'd recommend the place for a family holiday with easy access to the beach, and there is also a private pool to use as well, which was generally pretty quiet.

Superb Stay

Host:

First of all Eduardo is superb host, met us completely out of hours (flight delay), showed around the apartment, described the area. Throughout the stay was always open to questions, suggestions, places recommendations. Whatsapp messages were responded in under 5minutes. Very well done!

Location:

Much better than the front sea line. It only takes 100 metres to the beach, but feels much more secluded. Secure parking, so no hassle trying to find a spot. Also, it is slightly further from Spanish Irish and English bar - which I'd say is a big plus.

Apartment:

You get plenty of space, all appliances were available (which is extremely rate - most of the time you still have to purchase dishwasher tablets etc etc), the view is superb - you have plenty of sea view. Moreover, the pool although communal is almost always unoccupied so you can have it yourself.

Surrounding

Didn't know much about Benalmadena before, but really enjoyed the place. You have a cable car to the tap - superb hike downhill, motorway is 5 minutes away for any direction (Ronda, Sevilla, Nerja etc), city parks are close by.

Overall, superb stay and host. Highly recommended!

A clean, modern and well located apartment with great sea views

We spent 4 nights in Benalmedena in July, the apartment is clean and modern, the balcony has excellent views of the sea and is in in a superb location with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and the nearest shop. Eduardo was an excellent host, helping us find our feet and giving us lots of friendly advice about what to do and good places to eat. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment.

Great location, very clean, fully equipped.

I booked this apartment for a 5 day break with my 6 month old baby & my mum. We have holidayed in benalmadena before so knew where we wanted to be. The location of this apartment was perfect, it's a 5 minute walk to the best part of the beach, but not too close to any main roads or restaurants so it was nice & quiet. It is also a 2 minute walk from an amazing park, which has cockrels, chickens amd rabbits roaming free around a big lake, it is lovely to walk around especially in the evening. Also next to the park is a marine park with dolphin shows, penguins & sea lions etc, it isnt huge but worth a visit. The apartment itself is in a small private complex which is gated & access is with keys provided by the owner, it's on the first floor accessible by a lift or stairs. The apartment has an open plan living room with 2 small couches & a dining table & fully equipped kitchen, then a bathroom with a bath & shower. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds. There is lots of wardrobe space in both rooms. Also there is a reasonable size balcony. The whole apartment is very very clean. We would stay here again. The only one small bad point is the it's up quite a steep hill and it was quite tiring pushing a pram up there 4 times a day! But then the area is quite hilly so can't complain really.
