Lower Level Suite! Private and new.
About Mitch Pearce
Hello! My name is Mitch. I've actually owned the property that Whisper Creek was built on since 1997. But recently got the opportunity to build my dream cottage. It's all custom, all new! The Lower Level Suite was designed for recreational living and short term rentals. It has a private entry way, living quarters and private lower patio.
Mitch Pearce purchased this Cottage in 2019

Such a beautiful property
We loved the space. It was so comfortable, clean, and trendy.
This is a super getaway!
I used this VRBO for a stay to race in Spartan races. The location, space and facilities had everything we needed. If I would have know what I know now, I would have stayed longer. A perfect place to get away. Whether it be a hike a camp fire, or river fun. A great find.
Mitch was a wonderful host! Although we were unable to meet him because he was away, he was very communicative and thoughtful.
He had the wood in the fire pit already set up for us and his place was immaculate!
The unit is small but for a couple who love the outdoors or maybe for buddies on a fishing or hunting trip, it’s ideal. The setting is very serene. We’d definitely stay again!
Off the beaten path!
Mitch's home is in a rural area of Howardsville, VA. His listing was accurate and he was super accommodating! If you are looking to get away from technology and all the challenges of the world this is a great place to stay!
It’s was a pleasure to have Keron and her guest decompress at Whisper Creek. Hope to see them back soon!
