Wi- fi available on request.Glazed doors to terrace with ceiling fan ideal the for winter sun. Table and chairs for dining. Orange trees with seasonal fruit to squeeze your own fresh orange juice.

2 community pools either side of property. All amenities close by. Beach and golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Restaurants and bars are all a short walk away, the nearest is 70mts.

Set in a quiet urbanisation just off the main coast road (n332).

45 main south of Alicante Airport and 20 min north of Murcia airport, serviced by several budget Airlines.

If the air-con units are abused and overused your deposit will be affected, they are only designed for short periods of use.

About kim sanders

Our names are kim and mark and moved to Spain in 2001 with our 2 children. We moved back to England in 2009 and Holiday in Spain as often as we can.

We live in Devon now and are very settled there but

miss our home in Spain very much.Now we have two granddaughters and a grandson who we dote on and miss very much when we are away.My parents use the property through some of the winter months for health reasons.

We would like other people to experience what we have also experienced.

It is close to Airports, beaches,golf courses and shopping centres as well as being a short drive away from traditional Spanish villages with fantastic local cuisine.

It is also a short walk from a large restaurant with free entertainment for children and adults.

The property was excellent.

Within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment Club, supermarkets. Very good taxi or bus service to venture further. Facilities in villa were very good. Very peaceful location. Two small private swimming pools(fobs provided) Perfect for "chill out" holiday. We loved it and will definitely book again.

A super relaxing stay.

We had a relaxing 2 weeks making good use of both pools. Super communication from the owners made the process very easy. The smallest bedroom ajoins the king size room but this was fine as out children slept in there. It has everything you need. A lovely stay😊?

Perfect holiday house in a great location

I stayed in this property for a week with my family and we had a fantastic time. The house is a great size with everything you could need for your holiday. There is air con in the two larger bedrooms and then fans in the single bedroom so the house stays pleasantly cool in the Spanish sun. The house is in a great location, peaceful and yet within walking distance of a number of restaurants and just a short drive to multiple beaches (5/10 mins). There is also free access to two pools, which are well maintained with shaded areas. Mark & Kim make the booking process simple and will answer any questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend holidaying here!
