Wonderful, loved it.

  • 4 of 5

Villa Serena Rosa was a spacious villa in a quiet location, with sea views. The villa also has its own pool, which is a bit larger than your average villa pool. The interior of the villa was clean & tidy. 3 large bedrooms, one of which has en suite shower & toilet, huge living/dining area & a small but more than adequate kitchen. A lovely sun terrace with sea views & an awning was just out side one of the 3 sets of double doors leading off the living/dining room. The pool was cleaned twice a week & fresh linen was provided each week by Martin, who was a really nice guy. The only negatives I have, are that the furniture around the pool & on the terrace is quite tired looking. Along with approx 10 sun beds, in fairly good condition, a couple of cracks here & there, were a couple of umbrellas, 1 a huge one, & a smaller, beach sized one, both of which were broken/torn, as was the stand that the smaller one was in. There were no cushions for the sun beds, so we used lilos that had been left by the previous holiday makers. Additionally, whilst our linen was clean, it was very old & had been well used. These were minor points & overall we loved the villa and thought it was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend it for couples like us, or for families, & I would very happily stay there again.

An excellent Villa in an ideal quiet situation.

  • 5 of 5

Four family members stayed at Villa Serena Rosa for the first three weeks in June. and found the villa to be even more acceptable than expected. The Villa was beautifully laid out, with a larger than expected lounge area, three large bedrooms and a really attractive terrace with awning, a welcome sight each morning for breakast, lunch and relaxing in the shade. We ate out a couple of evenings a week, and enjoyed barbequeing the other nights, and sitting outside by the pool in the warmth of the evenings.

The manager,Martin, was extreemly helpful with all sorts of queries, and the owner helped considerably by keeping in touch with any queries that arose.

The villa is situated in a quiet area and the main restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stop are 15 minutes walk away.

The pool area is well stocked with loungers and seating areas and a barbeque, although because of the heat during the day some kind of shade was needed, and a large umbrella would have been extreemly useful, especially since two large trees had been cut down which would have provided shade around the pool.

A very relaxing and enjoyable time was spent at this villa.

This is a beautiful villa in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

The description we were given of this villa was very accurate, it was beautiful and in a lovely location. The restaurants and bars were a five minute walk down the road. The property was clean and well kept, and the pool was beautiful. The Manager was very helpful at all times, making it a great holiday for all of us. We liked it so much that we are booking again for next year. Thank you for making our holiday one of the best!!!

Kind Regards

Wendy Ryan

Just perfect

  • 5 of 5

For our family (Two boys, 8y and 9y) this little lovely house was just perfect. The villa is spacious (there is even another room with two beds) and very well equipped. 30 minutes after picking up the rental-car, our boys were already jumping into the pool, which they loved a lot, so the parents had enough time to relax too. We always had our dinner outside.

The village is quiete and clean and very convenient for shopping. A very nice beach is just 3 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by walking.

It was our first time on Menorca, but not our last one, for sure.

Cala n Porter is the most established resort in the island conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Mahon, apart from an amazingly beach and cliff setting the resort has all the facilities that one would expect with the added benefit of not being overly tacky, there is a mini road train which runs from the village to the beach and the cosmopolitan shopping, harbour and night life of Mahon is near by. The capital was occupied by the British and there is a subtle affinity between Britain and Menorca the food however tastes much better as dose the beer. There is also good accessibility to the whole of the island. The villa is set in secluded mature gardens and there is plenty of privacy and shade just a stones throw from amazing cliff walks. There are many ancient prehistoric caves and monuments scattered all over the island.

Other Activities: sports centre

Golf: Son Parc which is a 20min drive has a great golf course with great sea views, there is a diving school in cala galdana and glass bottom boat trips from Mahon harbour just a 15 min drive away.
