Six guest houses of various sizes belong to the vast XVI century noble estate that has been in the same family for the last four centuries. Guest houses sit aside from the main residence that is still occupied by the owners and share between separate part of the gardens and generous pool.
The natural stone old houses have been recently meticulously restored creating all modern facilities whilst preserving the original historic features. Magnificent views to the mountains and the estate fields with almond, olive and carob trees are complimented by remarkable tranquillity and convenient proximity and direct connection to Palma.
Guests houses are set amidst spacious gardens with autochthonous plants of the island and share a large salt water swimming pool with a changing room. There is plenty of space for both a quiet rest in a hidden garden corner and for children to play together on a lawn. All houses have their own private terraces and enjoy beautiful views over the countryside and mountains. The vast private land surrounding the estate buildings ensures a perfect sleep with the distant village background of sheep bells and chickens. Wild rabbits, partridges and pheasants crossing the private drive are not an unusual sight.
Houses are decorated with a mix of modern furniture and antique pieces from the family heritage. They are fully equipped with all modern facilities including air-conditioning in all rooms, quality kitchen appliances, free wi-fi internet, TV with international channels. Private parking. We provide kitchen and bathrooms supplies. The daily rate includes weekly cleaning with a change of bedding as well as final cleaning.
The group of houses of various sizes provides a rare opportunity for a private family holiday or can accommodate a large group of friends or several families travelling together whilst ensuring everybody's privacy in the spacious estate grounds and their own outdoor space. Großartig, absolut ruhig, dennoch nah an Palma! Unterkunft sehr sauber, wohnlich eingerichtet und Anlage sehr gepflegt! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen, immer wieder gern!
You can't help but relax when staying here, it is so peaceful & the accommodation is beautiful with a lovely mix of modern and old furnishings, all high quality. The pool is maintained and extremely clean but not overly salty. There are plenty of sun loungers & parasols. We arrived early & had a late flight home & despite not being able to get into the accomadation before 1400 & having to leave the accommodation at 11am we were still able to enjoy the facilities, we were offered pool towels & could use the pool house to get changed which also had a toilet & sink.
The personal touches made this a high quality holiday, for example the owner came & introduced himself during the week & came to say goodbye & he was extremely helpful when we needed assistance. toiletries, tea, coffee, hairdryer & plenty of towels were provided & also table tennis, badminton racquets, balls & woggle floats are provided, along with a good selection of books & magazines in different languages. There was also a comprehensive informative guide to your stay.
We were able to walk to the local village & enjoyed meals at a lovely Italian restaurant where all staff were very friendly. You will need a car if you wish to explore further unless you are confident enough to use the public transport & I recommend buying your main groceries from carrefour by the airport on your way to establiments but fresh bread & pastries etc can be bought locally.
I highly recommend a stay here if you want a relaxing peaceful break away from everything.. It was heavenly & we can't wait to return!
We really enjoyed our stay at this gem of a property. Ideally situated a short distance from Palma yet enjoying a wonderful countryside setting. The house itself is most tastefully presented and enjoys a lovely garden and pool. All involved went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Thank you.
Super spacious house, clean, well equipped and decorated, and with really efficient air conditioning. Very good pool area with lots of loungers and umbrellas. We couldn't get the TV to work properly but that wasn't an issue, but the wifi was a necessity with 3 teenagers! The setting was beautifully quiet and often the only sound was sheep bells. The gardens are very pretty and well maintained with flowers and trees. The private drive to the property was not brilliant, and on one stretch I did worry for the car tyres!
We would definitely return for another holiday.
The estate is located on the edge of Establishments, a beautiful old village just outside Palma. Short walk will bring you to the village centre with a lovely square, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and convenience store. Short drive to the adjacent village of Secar de la Real with supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants and all the infrastructure. Numerous golf courses, beaches, horse-riding stables and mountain walks are only a short drive away. Bike enthusiasts will find the setting perfect as base to explore the island from. The area of Establishments is in the privileged position on the island with an easy access to the most beautiful places of Mallorca - La Granja in Esporles, La Cartuja y Son Marroig in Valdemossa, Deia, Gardens of Alfabia and Soller, and many others. All this is combined with the direct bus connection from the estate entrance to the centre of Palma and 15 min drive to the airport. This is perfect setting to explore the island from.

Weekly cleaning with change of bedding and final cleaning are included in the rate, as well as taxes. We have a minimum age limit of 8 years for the safety reasons. Smoking is permitted only on the private terraces. No noisy events are allowed on the estate. Winter monthly rate excludes electricity (by the meter).
