Large townhouse on 4 floors, 3 bedded top floor bedroom ensuite 2 balconies spectacular views to sea and mountains, 2 bedrooms first floor one double and 2 single beds both ensuite 1 with large balcony , fully fitted kitchen dishwasher, washing machine, split level dining room lounge with separate washroom own drive car stand, large balcony with table chairs and BBQ. Enclosed Private garden, lower ground very large games room table tennis etc with sofa bed, shower and dressing room. Communal gardens with large swimming pool, swings, football nets.
I am a solicitor my husband is a dentist. We live near Rye in East Sussex and work in our own businesses. We have 6 children following various professions. We love tennis, golf, good wine and good food.

We love to go and stay in our house in Spain. I walk through the door and all the worries and anxities of normal day to day life fall away. The views from the upper balconies are very special particularly with a cooling G & T or glass of Cava. There are really lovely beaches towards Peurto Banus and some outstanding restuarants in a little mountain village Bena Havis a short drive up the road from us. There is great shopping in Marbella! Although the pool is shared it is hardly used, it is massive, fantastic for doing lengths, and kept immaculately clean. We have a great games room lower ground, Table tennis, Table football and Darts. There is something for all ages.
We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks stay in this beautiful house. Pool was fab and house has everything you need. Location is excellent. Only 5-10 minutes in a car to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and San Pedro. There is always plenty to do in this part of Spain, loads of lovely restaurants and beach bars. Thank you we will return
We are halfway through a 2 week stay and are delighted with this great family house. Everything you need is here and the stunning communal pool is the icing on the cake (most days we are the only people by the pool so very peaceful!)
Great position to access amenities of fantastic communal pool, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Well equipped, maintained and clean. Would recommend to friends and relatives.
The property is situated in a residential area a short walk away from local amenities restaurants pubs etc. It is elevated position and has views to the mountains and the sea. It is a 10 mins drive to Puerto Banus ; 15 mins to Marbella in one direction and 15 mins to Estepona in the other direction. There are fabulous beaches nearby. A large sandy beach at San Pedro which is either a 30 min walk or a 5 min drive. The beaches all along the coast are excellent and range from sandy small coves to much larger beaches. The property is centrally located for 10 plus great golf courses all within 20 minutes or less. A deposit of £250 is required on making the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. A separate damage deposit of £250 is required and will be returned at the end of the holiday. The key and full directions to the property will be sent out at least 2 weeks before the start of the holiday.
