About this property

This little gem is located between MM 7-8 in North Buck Creek on Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy dinner on the expansive deck, soak up the sun on the dock, swimming and fishing made easy thanks to our no-wake cove. This cabin comes with a 10’x28’ boat slip at no additional charge and is fully furnished. It sleeps 4-6 with a queen-size memory foam mattress in the Captain's Quarters and a full-size bed in the Crew's Quarters. We can provide a Queen Air Mattress if requested. We installed a 6 Person Hot Tub and have a fire-pit for relaxing evenings and sunsets. Additionally, this cabin has a W/D, Blackstone 36” gas gridle, two flat screen Smart TV's, cable, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked including everything you need for grilling. We provide a 6'x15' floating mat, noodles, saddle seats and life vests for the children. And yes, PETS POSSIBLE so feel free to bring your fury friends!! Please contact owner if more than two pets.
Bringing a boat? Shawnee Bend Boat Launch is the closest ramp. Renting a Boat? Sunrise Boat Rentals offers free dock drop off and pick up!! Forget something? Buck Creek C-store is less a mile away. Hungry? Rocky Top Bar and Grill is a mile away by car, Shady/Lazy Gators and H. Toads Bar and Grill are just across the channel by boat! Raining? Laurie, MO has a movie theater and an indoor pool! Shopping and restaurants are close by along with Jacob's and Bridal Cave. Ozark International Raceway is less than 20 minutes away. Ha Ha Tonka and Lake Ozarks State Park have fabulous, well-marked hiking trails. Wildlife you may see in our cove include Deer, Foxes, Geese, Ducks, Turtles, Herons, Toads, Fish, Eagles, Bunnies, and an occasional Armadillo!

Nice little spot

Loved our stay here. Renee was super easy to work with. This property is a little ways from all the touristy things in Osage beach but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Very dog friendly! 5 stars!

Big Bass Tournament

Great Place, with theexception that it advertised as 1 & 1/2 bath. We only found one. Had Baked potatoes, vegtables, and steaks ready to go on grill, but two empty propane tanks. NO GRILLING. Other than that great place.

Well equipped close to town

This was a great lake house with everything you need to have a fun vacation. The host was fast to respond to the any questions. The dock was great for fishing. The hot tub was a nice bonus too!

Perfect Getaway

Just a little slice of paradise! We had a wonderful time staying at Kaptain Morgans Retreat! We celebrated our honeymoon here! The property is beautiful, the house is updated and has all the accommodations! The hot tub is just such a great bonus! It was so convenient to be able to bring our boat have a private boat slip and just junp right on the water! We definitively plan to come back!

We have been visiting LOTO for several years now. When this property became for sale, we knew with a lot of TLC would be become the perfect vacation retreat. We revamped this 1950's cabin with a complete face lift inside and out! We hope you will love the fresh look and feel of KMR.

Why they chose this property

We are a cove off of a cove. You will never have to worry about rough waters. Grown ups, children and fur babies can swim, jump off the dock and lay on the lily pad without worrying about wakes and boats driving by. It is quiet and filled with wildlife.

What makes this property unique

We are a pet friendly cabin. We understand how much your furry family means to you and would love for them to enjoy the lake!!! Apologies, we cannot allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.
